I cannot express how much we are grateful to Wes for his service. We were stranded Friday night on HWY 57 near Kankakee with two blown tires. He not just towed our car to the nearest shop but made sure that we had a place to stay. He picked a shop so it was convenient for us to walk to it in the morning. He dropped us at hotel and did not leave until we had a room. He encouraged us and helped with his advice. He is great human being . I wish Wes all the best in his very difficult and dangerous business. Thank you again!
Now it's a shame that as simple as towing should be, a review is necessary to separate the good from the bad. Wes, of Ellingham towing, is an owner who truly cares about each and every customer whether you need a tow to around the corner or miles away. Always gives a good estimate on ETA (some places intentionally give false information so that you'll wait before calling a replacement company). I have had bad experiences where a company (who's quote was extremely high) quoted a high estimate simply because they knew the other local company's were busy at that time from other calls. As I sat, they drove past me several times (with an empty bed) and after waiting, 2hours, called me back to say they wouldn't be able to tow me. This is not the case with Ellingham towing. When you call you are speaking to the owner and driver who takes his business and patrons seriously. I would gladly wait even longer for a tow from him simply because he is honest and not underhanded once he gets your vehicle on the flatbed. An honest man doing honest business is the bottom line. Hell watch out you may even make a new friend.
