We were on our way back to Northern Illinois with an old transit bus that we had picked up at public auction when we started to have performance problems. We called at closing time and the owner stayed open so we were able to limp the bus into town and purchase a set of new fuel filters. The owner also stayed while I changed the fuel filters to make sure we had everything we needed and were able to get out of town safely. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, we really appreciate it and we would certainly recommend this NAPA to anyone!!! Thanks again!!!
Soooooo mad right now. Website states open until 2pm on Saturdays, confirmed 4 days ago. I order a part online to pick up in-store and figured I'd go a little early to get other tools. I arrive at 1pm, no signs saying closed, but they're closed and I have wasted time AND money with an online purchase.
I understand emergencies may arise, but at least put up a sign saying that.
Went to to Nappa to have my alternator tested after it was purchased from Nappa. Unable to do so as their business says open until 2pm on Saturday and they were closed before 10 am. Now my car won't function properly and they are closed on Sunday. Very disappointing experience thus far.
One of the best places to deal with even with limited hours. They close at noon on Saturdays and if you place an order online you should call and make sure they have it versus waiting for a conformation that may never come.
