Hoping to not have anymore fender benders but if I do I will definitely go back to Mr. Case. He was reasonable, quick & did a great job on my SUV, even washed & cleaned it up inside & out! Highly recommend
Done a great job on my daughter car Russell is very good. Russell just fixed and realigned my driver door on my explorer and did a great job.... I highly recommend this shop..

You're all banged up. I'm pretty sure we all know what follows. A very long and stressful claim process etc

WRONG!!!!
Unfortunately, my own insurance company didn't exactly make things any easier. I was devastated that recycled used parts were requested by my own insurance company. That alone made me feel hopeless.
I literally imagined some odd looking spray painted parts being slapped onto my car by some dirty, aggressive, greasy, rough, careless auto body repair guy who occasionally scratches his butt, chews on beef jerky, farts, and bumps across other parts of my car with tools and key rings dangling from his pockets. I felt sick just thinking about it until I met Mr.Case.
Out of all of the other body shops that gave me an estimate, Mr.Case was my favorite hands down. I was able to tell right away that he is very passionate about what he does. His office is clean with so many great photos and posters of beautiful shiny classic cars. He is a car guy for sure! He's the complete opposite from the type of greasy slob that I envisioned who would do the repairs.
The outcome was remarkable. Although the parts are used , The work that Mr.Case did was done with such grace and elegance. The paint was a perfect match. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. I really appreciate him.
3/15/2022 at 1:20pm: I called to ask a question about getting a couple scratches on my truck fixed, and the guy who answered the phone interrupted me 2 seconds into my question and said "I can't tell you without seeing it and I'm trying to eat lunch so you're just wasting my time" then hung up on me. I'm thankful for other body shops (Tanner's and Randazzo's) who took the 15 seconds to answer my question. Big thanks to Bob and Kelly at those establishments.
