I was in the market for a specific battery, which I knew if anyone would have, Interstate would. And I didn't want to overpay, that's something I never do when I shop at Interstate. I called first and spoke to an associate and expressed my specific need, I was put on hold while he checked. He came back with wonderful news, they had the battery I needed. The best part it was near half the price that I would have paid at the auto part store for the same battery. I told the gentleman I would be in shortly, he took my name and told me to ask for him and it will be waiting, and it was. It truly was an exceptional experience. But when I shop Interstate, it always is.
Absolutely amazing service. My friend needed a battery for his car and I called them up. They had a freshly refurbished battery for only $50 bucks. The problem? They were closing in 15 minutes and I live 20 minutes away. I told them I was going to try to make it there. As soon as 5 hit they called me up and asked how far away I was. When I told them I was about a mile away he said he would start getting everything ready for when I got there. In and out in about 2 minutes. And this was on Columbus Day.
