Stopped by to get a replacement battery and everything went good, Gina was very helpful with helping me realize the battery that was installed in my truck was the incorrect battery. It had an H5 battery installed and it required a H6 battery ! Gina also showed me the battery test and handed me a pamphlet of sales coming soon !
I came to autozone the staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked about changing the battery in my truck they took a look at it and was able to replace in no time. Thank you John and Gina for your help I appreciate it!

Battery went dead while working, was able to get a jump and head straight to AutoZone where I was greeted and tended to ina professional and efficient manner. They tested my battery and replaced it on the spot, were able to tell me other issues I needed to tend to and help me purchase the right items. This store has got to be one of the BEST stores I’ve ever been to. They went above and beyond for me. Not only ensuring I had the part needed after being stranded for 2 hours BUT, made arrangements to pick me up to get the part and take me back to my car. You guys, this is the store to come to for all of your needs. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Very family oriented and kind. Gina, Mo, and Kerri did a superb job in being collaborative and making sure I was okay. I am so appreciative for all they’ve done for me today

Great place! Friendly, knowledgeable workers! The manager was very helpful with any other questions you might have. There are many auto parts stores in the area, but this is my go to place!
Placed an online order and 3 hours later drove up there to pick it up. When I arrived one of the managers admitted to knowing the part was not in stock when the system said it was but they did not call to let me know. Very disappointed in my experience with them and will not be going back.
Good place to get parts the ppl are very helpful and just because you're a female they take extra care of you instead of taking advantage of you. I don't really know anything about cars and the employees were so helpful and explained everything to me and showed me a few easy things to do.

The employee that was helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable, however he kept getting interrupted by another employee who didn't really seem to know her job too well. Every time we were talking to this employee, the female employee would just walk right up to him and start talking and interrupting either myself or the employee who wad attempting to help us without excusing herself. Was very unprofessional
This morning i was waited on by a nice young woman. She went above and beyond customer service . She engaged me in lite conversation while she worked on my car. Several times she quoted we try to give our customers the best possible service. I left feeling relieved and stress free thanks to her helpful and kind and caring attitude.
