This store has got to be one of the BEST stores I’ve ever been to. They went above and beyond for me. Not only ensuring I had the part needed after being stranded for 2 hours BUT, made arrangements to pick me up to get the part and take me back to my car. You guys, this is the store to come to for all of your needs. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Very family oriented and kind. Gina, Mo, and Kerri did a superb job in being collaborative and making sure I was okay. I am so appreciative for all they’ve done for me today
AutoZone was very helpful in getting my client’s battery replaced! I spoke with multiple representatives over the phone before arriving who were very informative and Connor did the installation flawlessly for us!

Great place! Friendly, knowledgeable workers! The manager was very helpful with any other questions you might have. There are many auto parts stores in the area, but this is my go to place!
Good place to get parts the ppl are very helpful and just because you're a female they take extra care of you instead of taking advantage of you. I don't really know anything about cars and the employees were so helpful and explained everything to me and showed me a few easy things to do.
Placed an online order and 3 hours later drove up there to pick it up. When I arrived one of the managers admitted to knowing the part was not in stock when the system said it was but they did not call to let me know. Very disappointed in my experience with them and will not be going back.
The employee that was helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable, however he kept getting interrupted by another employee who didn't really seem to know her job too well. Every time we were talking to this employee, the female employee would just walk right up to him and start talking and interrupting either myself or the employee who wad attempting to help us without excusing herself. Was very unprofessional

Todd, Kerri, and Nick are ALL simply amazing people. My family was stranded with a bad alternator. I had the car towed to the Kankakee AutoZone to replace the part. My kids played cards in the store while I worked. The staff loaned me all the tools to get the job done!! 3 hours later we are back on the road to STL. Thanks again!!
Had to get a battery changed for a 2005 Chrysler. My father and I were assisted by Gina and she was wonderful. She helped us out by putting in the new battery into our van. Appreciate the assistance we received at Autozone. Thank you Gina for your help!
The two gentlemen who helped me were super helpful and friendly. One ran a scan of my engine for me and the other installed my windshield wipers for me. 100/10 recommend.
