I came in looking for a new battery, so I brought my old one in thinking I'd have to pay on arm and a leg for it, but the manger heather noticed it was an oreilly battery and asked me if i remember ever getting a battery in the last couple of years and i said yes then said "well lets look up your phone number theirs a good chance its still under warranty, and hopefully we can save you some money today." It turns out the battery was under warranty and i had completely forgot and i walked away a happy customer, all because she took the extra time and notice a small detail that most people would not have. I'll definitely be back just to see her.

Heather is the manager and also a knowledgeable mechanic. She installed my new battery and put a charger on the car so it didn't shut off my computer too! Also put a new blade on my rear hatch... and it was very cold outta day too! I'm a regular customer now!

On dec first, I came into this store with a part number for a part. Employee asks for year and model... Sir I gave you a part number go get my part. Then they try to act like a "know it all" guy girl and say this will not fit my truck. If you know so much why are you sitting behind a oreillys desk and not in a mechanic shop? jesus 😂

My husband and I were traveling through the area when the battery of our truck died. We were struggling to get it started in time to make it to this location before they closed at 10 PM. We called ahead to confirm they had the battery we needed and to let them know we would be there just before they closed. They confirmed they had the battery we need and that they would help us when we got there. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and worked to quickly remove the old battery so we got the correct replacement. It was almost 10:15 by the time we were finished but the employee,Matthew, that was waiting for us to finish didn't complain at all and was very helpful. Thanks a bunch for getting us back on the road!

Had a burnt out headlight on my way through. Couldn't get the bulb out and Heather the store manager came out and had it changed in just minutes! Wonderful customer service and would highly recommend!

If I could give a zero I would I called they say one thing then another with time also I rented a tool and had no parts. The person before took then and the person the returned it never looked and the person the gave it to me never looked I called and when I called and now I have to pay to get it fixed by a shop I'm out now this part place is a joke and I'm done 1st time buyer and customer and now never again I promise u

I had a great experience at this store. The staff was very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my automotive need. From the welcoming greeting upon entry to the friendly goodbye upon exiting, these guys helped me figure out which part my car needed and also helped me figure out which option was best for me. Great team!! They also extended themselves with any other current and/or future needs. The two gentlemen that helped me so much today were Kevin & Carlos.

As a commercial account holder at my local Orielleys in Indiana, I have come to appreciate the helpfulness and excellent customer service of Orielleys. Until last Saturday (Labor Day weekend) I thought this was a common trait of Orielleys across the country as I have had similar experience at other locations. Not true of the Bradley, Illinois location. I was stranded in the Menards parking lot with my brother in law with a bad starter. I called Orielleys right away because they are typically my go to auto parts store at home. They had the starter in stock, and after giving Kevin my information so he could look up my account, I asked if he could have their parts driver run the starter up to Menards parking lot, less than a mile up the road. This is something I'm confident that my local Orielleys would have done without hesitation for me. Instead of a polite answer, Kevin immediately in no uncertain terms told me "No! No way I'm not going to do that, absolutely not". If doing this somehow violated store policy then explain that and apologize that you can't help me Kevin. Your total lack of basic customer service was pathetic. Next time I'm in Bradley and need parts I will go out of my way to avoid this store.

Parts in stock but the manager was so rude. I could hear him snapping at the workers in there that were asking him questions about finding something in stock they couldn't locate. I felt so sorry for the kid asking him. He was merely trying to do his job and went out of his way to help the customers. I think his name was Jeremy. He said he was new. The the manager said " I'm tired of this place." If he doesn't like his job then he should be told to leave or he should do it on his own. I've seen high turn over in this store. I've seen good people leave and now i witnessed why they did. Store is clean. They do require masks. Customer service is great if you don't get that young manager who could care less if you ever get your parts. All he does is bark out orders. Hopefully corporate will see this and address this issue so your good people will not quit while you hold on to the disrespectful ones that customers can hear when he states how he "hates" his job.

I bought 2 quick fuel conectors and they didn't work for my truck so try to return them and was told that they will only be able to return one of them because the other one smells gas......obviously you are working with gasoline ⛽ anyway I try to not buy from O'Reilly and autozone they service is horrible i will keep spending my money at advance auto part in Bourbonnais I have no complains great service

I would make it "0" stars if possible. The worst part purchase and customer assistance I have ever dealt with in my 30 years experience with Service and Parts. Purchased a power steering rack and pinion from store in Bradley. My technician which is a certified Master technician installed the first power steering rack. After installation took vehicle on test drive and the found power steering rack leaking. Called Oreilly's and said it was leaking and we needed another rack and pinion and make a claim for labor installation. Installed 2nd power steering rack and pinion. I then drove vehicle home and then my son drove it. 5 days later my son came to me and said there was a noise when he started the vehicle. I went out and heard loud whining noise. So I checked and found power steering fluid low and looked underneath vehicle and found leaking from power steering rack. I then brought back to the shop and my technician found again rack and pinion leaking from internal seals. I called store manager again and asked that he come down and witness this, he pushed me off and decided to send another power steering rack. I took pictures and video of this. Now it's one thing to keep supplying the part, but we are also talking 5.2 labor hours to pay the technician to do this job. The store manager Kevin continued to state he would process a labor claim with part manufactures. So now we are installing third power steering rack- but wait it gets better! After back and forth with Kevin store manager and making a claim. Kevin states that the part manufacturer will not cover any labor costs because they didn't find any problem and that we really don't do enough business with them. WHAT!!!!! I can't believe this is the excuse. I then told him I could forward pictures and video since he didn't want to see first hand. Well after all of this it's May 9th 2020 - so 6 months after 3 power steering racks and now guess whats leaking AGAIN!!!!!!

Was in getting parts and then the associate helping me vanished. Come to find out his girlfriend walked in and he was to busy chit chatting me to find my parts. Also system showed having two of the parts I needed but either they wernt in stock or the associate either didnt look well enough or just didnt care to find them.

Lots of parts, and the majority of shelf items are way over priced versus other places. The younger staff members have zero people skills and act like they are afraid to interact with other living things.. maybe if you stood at the counter and sent them a text instead, they'd be more willing to help.. just sad..

Too bad there isnt a zero star option. I have been a LONG time customer of O'Reilly's multiple locations. Between my husband and myself we have probably spent over 10k in parts, tools and supplies for both of our vehicles. I have never been treated with more disrespect than I was today. Not only was the guy to lazy to break a hundred but he was extremely rude about me bringing my old oil in. It was in a proper oil container which was purchased from their store. As I was leaving the store he walks outside staring me down and giving me dirty looks. Needless to say I left and made my purchase else where. Never again will I go to this location. I will be calling in a complaint.

Needed a new starter so I checked around and found what I thought was a good deal on a remanufactured one with a limited one year warranty. A friend, Ellingham towing, suggested I take a look at O'Reilly's (I thought auto parts stores were the same). Not only did I find the starter for cheaper I got a lifetime warranty with it. With the savings I was also able to upgrade my oil change to synthetic.

Had a battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. I was with my 2 year old daughter that day and she was being a handful. The guys behind the counter swapped out my battery out really quick and I was on my way. Battery was a decent price for a truck battery and the service was great.
