I had a ball joint and cv shaft snap on me less than a mile from my house! My roadside assistance through State Farm set me up with these guys. Now my story gets worse because the East Dundee police rolled up and said they can't wait, they need me moved now. I called their office a few times and spoke to their dispatcher who was nothing but kind even though I kept calling asking how much longer because the police officer wasn't happy! Just a minute before the police were going to tow my vehicle John's showed up, and the officer let them take me instead! Thanks to their quick speed and service they saved me $180 dollars and I will be forever grateful!!! This is a great company to deal with!
When you need a tow, it's not a good situation. The guys at John's Towing took away much of the difficulty of getting my broken down car to the repair shop. They answered the phone promptly, and showed up when he said he would. Neil had my car on the flat bed in minutes and off the car went.
Horrible service. They were dispatched through my auto insurance for a flat tire. The person they sent couldn’t figure out to do basic things like how to get the spare tire from under the trunk or how to remove the flat tire after unscrewing the lug nuts. He wanted to tow the vehicle instead of changing the flat tire. He left with my vehicle jack thrown in the back trunk and the wire hanging down from the spare tire (never reversed the screw to pull it back up). We had the auto insurance dispatch another company that easily changed the flat for the spare tire.

He arrived quickly, handled my vehicle with care, and made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend John's Towing for anyone needing reliable and courteous towing services. Neal came to our rescue on the interstate with cars flying by. Our flat tire brought us to a halt and we couldn’t repair the tire. His prompt, courteous arrival and towing us to our garage saved the day for us
Just had them come out to tow my jeep, thinking it was dead, electrical problem. Neal (sp?) came out, asked some questions, popped hood and jumped it! I was so embarrassed but he was so nice and explained it was just a loose cable connection and showed me what was going on. It was very nice to have an explanation of the problem and not be treated like a dumb female! Thanks again!!
I had a fantastic experience with John's Towing and just have to share it. When my car broke down, I called them up, and Neil was there in just 30 minutes! He was not only friendly but also really careful with my car, which I truly appreciated. He even gave me a ride home too. I highly recommend John's Towing if you're ever in a jam!

This towing company goes above and beyond. Last night my son’s car broke down and we could not get it to started. Tried calling Schock’s Towing and was hung upon 3 times. Finally called John’s Towing and they were so nice and understanding. I was contacted when he was closer to give me an update on his arrival. He got us home safely. If we ever need help again John’s Towing and Son’s will definitely be the one I will be calling. Five stars all the way around.

I was stuck on the side of the road waiting for AAA membership to tow my car for over 3hrs. I finally had enough and I called JOHN'S TOWING & SONS INC. They were very friendly over the phone and really cared to give me the best price possible. And the best part was that they arrived super fast with in 15mins. Neil the tow truck driver took great care of my car and provided great customer service. I had a lowered Corvette and Neil really took his time to assure that my vehicle wouldn't get any scratched / scrape the ground while he put in flat bed. He did see me as a number to rush and drop me off at my destination. Neil really showed that he genuinely cared and explained every step of the process. And the best part he got my car on the tow truck without a scratch. They are absolutely the best! My tire has fallen off /went flat around 5:47am as i was on my way to work and called around other towing companies and they couldn’t come get me till 10:30am but this towing company picked up right away made the EFFORT of almost an hour drive to come get me and pricing was cheap compare to other companies. i will be trusting on this Towing company with car from now on.

John’s towing was very professional and dependable. When our son had an accident and had to tow our van the previous company who towed our vehicle from the scene was rude and unprofessional. So we called John’s towing and he came right away to pick up our vehicle to the unpleasant experience we had from the other company.
