The tow truck driver was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me and my son get the car home and help us feel better in a very stressful situation.
Appreciate these guys so much!! They have towed my Son's car a couple times over the past months through Geicos emergency roadside and both times service was prompt and very professional. Last night took the time to pop the hood and diagnosis it was his alternator belt that broke causing the car to stall. Thanks again for taking that extra step!! Will the Buick live on is the question :) we shall see!!
Very professional. Original expected arrival time was 75 to 105 minutes. Was blown away that the driver, who was very professional, arrived 15 minutes after my initial call. Very impressed would definitely recommend.
Service person came quickly and was very friendly. He got the tools needed and removed the blown tire. He even helped with the load leveler hitch so we could get back on the road.
The whole team at Tilfords is great. Always responsive, communicates well and most importantly takes care of our vehicle needs, whether it’s towing, repairs, or questions.
Wow have never had this great of an experience with a towing company ever. Arrived in literally a matter of about 25 minutes after I put in the call to AAA. Driver was super courteous and was actually able to tell my daughter what might be wrong with the car and was right!

Very grouchy old guy. Triple A sent him. Just showed up and husband went down the street. Mad about it. I told him no one alerted us who was coming and when. Called AAA for service at 8:am. Got to our house about noon. Why wouldn’t his office call?
Said he hated working for them. I have had AAA for 20 years. Never have had such a bad attitude from an auto service they hired. He needs a nap.
Said wheel was hub was cracked. Don’t know how that happened. He pushed car out of garage. Very rude. Yikes!!!
The service was excellent! I had to call really early in the morning and he was very helpful even though I wasn’t even sure where I was. Told me he was sending a guy out and he arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me on my way in no time at all.
My 2003 F150 lost power just West of Rockford this morning. I called Tilford's towing and asked if they could tow us back to Villa Park and they said no problem. Jarrett the driver showed up just as he said and we were on our way.
He drove us right to my mechanics shop, and then drove us home right to our front door.
Jarrett also hooked up a battery box before he loaded the truck and told me the problem was a failed alternator.
We have driven through this area dozens of times over the years on Wisconsin weekend trips, and I am just so grateful to have been given the referral to Tilford's Towing!
I hope my F150 keeps running without the need for a tow, but if not, I will certainly call Tilford's and recommend them when I can!

Came out at 1 am on a Sunday morning within 15 minutes. Serivce was done professionally and fast. I truly appreciate them. Tilford and his team are very reliable.
Tilfords aka Schocks always comes thru. Fast and courteous service. Our pantry truck has broke down before and they do an excellent job. Their drivers go above and beyond my expectations!

The guy that picked up my forester was very professional and Extreamly nice. They got the car and dropped it back at my house honestly very quickly. Great service overall
Tilford’s was great. We requested a tow through our insurance app and they arrived in about 20 min. They were able to load and unload our vehicle without doing any further damage to our vehicle. And the driver was nice and was quick at his job to get us all situated before the storm rolled in.
The driver was very courteous. He kept us up-to-date on where he was and even apologize that he couldn’t get to us sooner when it wasn’t even his fault that he couldn’t get to us that soon. He did a great job and again the trim was fantastic. Great service great job guys keep up the good work.
It’s never a pleasant experience when your vehicle breaks down, so it was such a relief to have a nice, accommodating tow truck driver who goes above and beyond. Huge thanks to Robert for getting me and my family back home with our vehicle safely and seamlessly.
They responded very quickly on a Saturday night and ensured we were able to find lodging and repair service for our tire since we were out of state. If I could give them more stars I would!!

I had such a horrible experience with AAA yesterday. They sent 2 Nationwide tow trucks in 6.5 hours to move my car, and both times they didn’t know what to do. By the time Mark got there, I was freaking out on AAA because I was waiting for a 3rd truck, and he came and had my car on the truck in 15 minutes. He was confident and knew what he was doing, which is what you pray for when your car breaks down. I will forever call Tilford now before I call AAA. Thank you so much for your help!
I had an amazing experience while getting my car towed, I had a blow out and schocks helped me out and brought my car to the nearest tire shop! Jacob was amazing!! Very professional driver and service! My car is 2 inches off the ground and he did very well at getting it on the truck with no issues! I wish I had pictures on the truck but I was more interested on how well and quick he did with getting my car on the way to the shop!
