Not sure how this place stays in business. No inventory, rude to customers, multiple horrible reviews. I called 3 weeks ago about a Honda and was told they have nothing older than 2014, which is crazy. Call again about an alternator for 2011-17 Honda and I’m told “ no, you called before boss, I have nothing like that.” That’s fine I won’t be calling at all anymore, only reason I even try is I love 2 minutes away. I hope that was worth another bad review.
I’m always so satisfied when i need to drop my car off!! They always take care of me and my family very well & make sure we feel like a priority!! It’s always a fair price too!! Thank you to Juan for always being so hands on!!
PLEASE, PLEASE... Stay away from this guy Jose and his shop. Its a nightmare of a shop, knowledge of cars and a business. He was supposed to put an engine in my car and agreed on a price. For three months, delay after delay. Lie after lie and heard all the excuses of why its not getting finished. Spent over $3,000 in car rentals. Finally made the trip to his shop. What a jungle of a mess. Parts everywhereon the floors, dirty and chaotic. I asked for my money I gave him and towed my car to anotger shop. I wished I had read the reviews. STAY AWAY.. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN....
They rarely answer the phone.. How do you expect to keep customers if you can't even do something as simple as answering the phone for YOUR customers? I don't like leaving bad reviews but I think I should warn others so they don't waste their time, there are other places to go to where they do value their customers.
I recommend Chet’s Auto parts. I called looking for a transmission for my car they had it. Juan made it possible to have it ready and deliver it day earlier from original delivery date. Juan is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Thank you Juan for the amazing service.
I called them to come and pick up a vehicle. I was told that I just needed to give them a time and text the address. So I did. I received a confirmation at initial text and I texted them 15 minutes before the pick up time that I was there and waiting and what vehicle I was in. I received a confirmation text back immediately. I then waited 30 minutes past the time agreed on for pick up. I called and got no answer. I texted and no response and I then called once again and as you may have guessed no answer. I send another message and told them I cancelled and again no response. I’m very patient and willing to wait and move things around to make things worked out if communicated with, however there is no communication I can’t work with you. Very disappointed.
Thieves, had my car for 7 months and keep giving excuses. Police had to be called, and the employees tried running. Constantly telling me it's finished but when I show up to get my vehicle, it hasn't been fixed. 7 months to fix an engine. Maybe new management, I don't see a Chet's sign anymore. But it's the same big Green building. Avoid at all costs. Liars, thieves, and probably never going to see a refund or my car again. Juan is compulsive liar.
