Although having my car towed was stressful, the staff at Dazzo Auto Repair was professional and the pickup process was smooth. They explained the fees clearly and helped me retrieve my vehicle without issues. Everyone I spoke to was respectful and patient, which made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. The process was organized and quicker than I expected. Not the kind of service you hope to need, but I appreciate how efficiently everything was handled. Thank you for the help?.

My car stopped moving on me during a drive home one night. I tried using the road side assistance, but it was taking forever so I canceled it. I looked up a towing service near by and glad Dazzos came up. They came over right away. They were ready to take my car to where I wanted, but they were able to look into the issue. I left my car with them and they were able to fix (axle issue) it.

Great to work with and fair pricing. They were able to tow my kids car to the dealer after it became undrivable as a result of "sliding" into a curb. I was at work and they made this easy for my young and newer driver to handle. Great job guys thanks for hauling the car all the way to countryside.

We didn't end up using Dazzo's as we were able to fix our tire ourselves but I'm leaving them a 5-star review because out of 5 24/7 autoshops that we called, they were the only ones who responded in freezing weather. The guy said to call them back if we still needed them to come out.

These are hired by different facilities and they are now scamming people by boot locking or towing away. They put no parking sign on such places where these are hard to find. If you are Illinois be aware if Aldi ask you park your vehicle then it is better to find no parking signs smartly otherwise these guys came over there and charge you more than $500 without any warning with time limit to move your vehicle because police is not going to help you in any ways.

Shoutout to Robert and Nathan for doing the Lord’s work!!! We were stuck deep in a ditch during the snowstorm last night and they were able to get us out in no time! They kept us updated on the status of arrival, as they were helping other cars as well. They were quick, kind, professional, and just absolutely amazing. We are so grateful, they deserve a raise!!!

I live near downtown St. Charles and I called for help with a flat tire I could not get off my car. Barbara took care of me on the phone, told me it would be 30 minutes and Anthony was here in 20! Great service from Barbara and Anthony - thank you very much!

They were open on Sunday evening, which is really great! I got a puncture on my tire, they fixed it in 10 minutes! Cool service, great job! Thank you guys ?

I had nearly no wait and was ultimately relieved of my stress once Bob showed up here on time as said. I waited with a ride on standby and got my car delivered to the desired location with 0 complications. i recommend Dazzo’s as they have proven priority to the customers.

Had a screw in my tire and didn't notice it was flat until 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Their hours say Sunday By Appointment Only, but I called and gave it a shot. Ten minutes later, the owners son met me at their garage, and within 15 minutes had my tire fixed, refilled with air, and ready to go. Really quick and amazing service that was dirt cheap and saved me from a pickle.

Fast and hassle free service! Made a call at 530am for my commercial truck that wouldn't start. In just over an hour the vehicle was towed and dropped of at repair shop. This will be my go to company if I ever need a tow again

Had bad flat tire down to the rim and I called dazzos. Robert confirmed my location and gave me an estimate of time he would arrive. Robert had other alternatives for making a payment to come out. I did Apple Pay from my phone because I did not have cash on me and Robert didn’t ask for payment till we arrived. Robert was super chill and did everything we agreed on the phone. I had bad experience with them years go but they have improved whole lot since then and gotta give credit when credit is due. Give dazzos a call ask Robert. Thanks again

Excellent! They helped us out of a jam. We called just as they were closing for the day but they stayed late, fixed our problem and very reasonably priced. Thank you! Will definitely be coming back.

Bob is the best! He is honest, fair and provides excellent service when we call about service for the church bus. He and his staff go above and beyond every single time.

My semi truck broke down as i was on the dock getting unloaded here in St Charles and they showed up within 45 minutes and got me back operating within an hour. i was satisfied with their service and definitely recommend them.

I had to get a timing belt replaced. While they were fixing it, they found 2 other belts that needed to be replaced. They were very responsive and kept me updated. Their labor cost was great considering what they had to get done. Parts were given to me at cost. I paid thousands less than other shops I called. I would highly recommend them for auto repair. They are going to be my mechanic for the future. My car has 260,000 miles and it's ready to go for another 50,000 miles or so. Thanks again Dazzo's.

Thought for SURE I was gonna need a tow so I called Dazzos. They were ready and willing to get me out of my jam.. They had a driver on the road quickly come to help. I ended up not needed the quick and professional service of Dazzos.. (don’t install your own parts people) They were not only understanding but also wanted to make sure I made it to my destination and asked that I update them when I was safe.. Thank you, TRULY.

I call for a tow and they came and did a nice and prompt job. The tow driver was very respectful and kind. The one thing i appreciated about Arron was that any question I asked concerning the tow he answered. So if I ever need a tow service again this one will be the one I call. 2 thumbs up Arron thanks

Called for a Road Service for blown fuel line. They answered right away and keep great communication on their ETA to my location. Fixed me up and got me back on road quickly. Will definitely call again when we have any issues in the Chicago area. Thanks again guys

Truck was towed incorrectly. The differential dumped all the fluid at their lot. Picked up the same day and I was told it was not their fault. So the differential dumps all fluid same day it's picked up and dumps it at their lot and it's not their fault? You tell me. They offered to keep my truck and pay me nothing. Good way to get free cars I guess.
