Do not use this company. Very scummy people that will lie to you and take as much money as possible. The police called this company to tow my car after an accident. Do not let them, call your own tow if you know a place. Evil people running a scam. Be aware

Mark did an excellent job. He made sure my car was okay on the way up the bed, other companies I used before hand did not care so much.
They just wanted the job done as soon as possible. Regardless of what happens to the car; Looking through other reviews I would say if you have a modded car. These are the people to call.
Called them up for jump start. Been told that they will arrive in 2.5 hours. After 3 hours of waiting, no one showed up. When called them back, they had no idea about my order. Very badly organized company. Do not use their service. Call some one else.You will be better off.
Very expensive. I was out of town when my son got a flat tire in our town and needed a tow to a repair center at 9am on a weekend. He called this tow company, also in our town, and was charged over $180 to be towed 2 miles down the road. And my son’s car was close to their shop in the first place. I stopped by to ask for an explanation, and was told my son should have been charged more for using a debit card. After that, I reached out to another towing company that’s been in our town for quite awhile and asked what this tow would have cost from them — and was told “$100 to 120.”

Had to pay an additional $100 on top of a $415 towing fee. They charged $50 per window to put plastic wrap on the window. The keys were with the driver and car was functional and they didn't ask to roll up the window. Literally 3-4 sheets of plastic wrap worth nothing and they charged an extra $100. Not happy about being finessed with this.

Be careful using this company! You need to know that if the police call them as a courtesy to you, they charge $185 just to hook your car up to the tow truck. Then they charge $5 per mile. I called them and they said that is the “contracted police” rate. So call them personally instead of the police unless your in an accident. Just thought you should know.
Called this company for a tire change (69 Chevelle with no jack). Two young guys were om site within an hour. Did the change and then checked the lug nuts on the other 3 tires since the one on my flat was "finger tight'. I was very pleased with the service.
Amazing, fast, and friendly service. Christopher came out to subaru and towed my car back home and was super careful making sure no damage was done to the car and took the time and extra measures to make sure none happened. Best experience with a towing company ever. I drive a subaru, i’ve been to plenty of towing companies.
My car broke down this morning! I called Certified Towing because they have a reputation for being reliable. The customer service, both on the phone and from the driver, was top notch. The driver was very professional and compassionate. He made an already stressful situation a whole lot easier. The care he took getting my car on and off his truck bed was impressive!! Thank you all!

This company responded so quickly and timely I was so nervous that I’d be stuck waiting for a truck but they arrived quicker than I could have imagined! I broke down yesterday and called Certified, they were very prompt and so professional. The lady on the phone, I think her name was Dana, said she was new but really helped my bad situation better. I truly appreciate them for their quick response and their superior customer service.
Use other services if you can. The people here act like their power is almighty and will treat you like you don’t matter. Do not use them for any services there customer service is nonexistent. Not a friendly business! My point exactly>> close at 6 but wont try to help you out by 30 mins so they can charge an extra day. If you break down and see this review don’t use them!
I needed a tow off the 4th floor of a parking garage. My operator was Oscar. He was there 15 minutes of calling. Their rates where good compared to other companies. He was friendly and skilled. I would recommend this company.
Outstanding service. My vehicle broke down on busy Randall Road. I placed my call and the truck arrived in less than 20 minutes. Oscar was more concerned about my safety than his own. He was very knowledgeable about my particular drivetrain and the extra steps needed to avoid damage. Prompt, professional, and courteous service. I would highly recommend this company.
Very easy to set up the appointment for the tow. Was told driver would be there within an hour. On schedule, he called to say he was 10 minutes away. Towed my vehicle without any issues. Very professional and courteous from the initial call to the tow.

Had to Call CTR to have a scheduled tow. Was handled very quickly and for the late evening time I was requesting. Dennis showed up on time, and was very professional. Took care of my car like it was his own. I would certainly recommend CTR for any towing needs. And you'll be lucky if Dennis shows up!!
I "unfortunately" have had to use CTR several times over the last year. They are always very professional on the phone and very responsive with the tows. Ive dealt with Mark in person each time and hes always easy to deal with and gets my cars to the repair shop quickly. I would recommend them whenever you need a tow.
They are completely unprofessional. They charged a tow of 725 for towing and storage. Original tow was priced out at 250. Somehow it increased to 410. They charged a storage fee of 10 days when clearly it was 9. This entire business needs to be assessed. They are crooks. I'm sure I will not get a response as I see they only comment on favoring ones. I am looking into legal recourse. I will further file a complaint with the BBB. I am sure they have a plethora.
They arrived very quickly after a car crash and did a great job hauling away and cleaning up after the accident.
I had liability only insurance, they ended up giving me a massive discount, though it was still expensive.
They provided fantastic service and were very helpful, answering questions I didn't think to ask, since I was sick at the time.
I've never been so pleased with a towing service.
