375 per hour with a 3 hour minimum is straight highway robbery. Do not call this company for roadside. Unless you want to overpay for service. I was quoted $1,200 for a coolant hose replacement, and I was 3 miles from their shop.

You can keep denying that niether Wendy is a part of your team or she did received the money. That the reason why this article marked as SCAM.

On 5th of Sept, a mistaken transfer of $3,156.00 was made to the shop. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and request the funds back, we have not received the amount, and our previous communications have been unsuccessful.

You call these guys and they start off real nice and answer questions you may have. You give the details of the tow requirements. They get the truck on site and they evaluate how to hook up. Then the drive says he can't lift due to the equipment he has on site. He calls the dispatcher and they tell him to do this, this, and this. The driver then acts like he doesn't know what he is doing. You tell them to stop and not to worry about it and they pass the message into the dispatcher. They say okay it will be a 500 dollar charge for doing nothing. Not my fault the dispatcher didn't listen to the information I have them. Then you try giving them a bit of trust and they bring another truck out to help. They finally get it all taken care of and when time to drop off they won't drop due to not having payment yet, which is understandable. Then they give you a ridiculous bill and then you try to be professional to talk about the bill. That's when you find out that it's a three hour minimum which was not expressed or advertised up front. Ultimately these guys take advantage of the customers. STAY AWAY!!!
2/13/25 DO NOT USE!!!! SCAM ALERT!! Will quote a figure over the phone and charge double if not more when they get your car on the bed. We needed a tow 3.5 miles to Discount tire. Dispatcher said $125 and $5 per mile. What they DIDNT say is $5 a mile from wherever the driver was coming from as well. So what we thought was a $150 tow - was now $270 because the driver was coming from Batavia. We called the “Oswego” location which come to find out is not an actual location. Which of course is not disclosed. Then when you ask them to put the car back on the street and you will find someone else. They said it would be $200 to unhook the car. The “owner” was combative and called us liars for speaking up about the quote originally given. Dishonest business. Just look at the reviews below. Will report them to BBB. Be careful when you search up a tow near you, this place says they have an Oswego location and then told us over the phone they are in Batavia. We checked out the address they have in google in Oswego and the building is unmarked and not such business.

Few years ago our truck needed a roadside for a water pump belt and they told us the mobile unit will arrive in 1.5 hours... it showed up 7 hours later without the proper belt. The belt replacement became a tow to their shop and 2 days later they gave us a bill of $7000. They wont scam everyone all the time but they will scam you when the opportunity is right. Look at all the reviews claiming "scam & robbery." They are wolves in sheep clothing as they will steal from you while smiling.
Called to have a Forklift moved to a new building. Dispatch said they have a driver in the area, shouldn't be more than 20 minutes. An hour goes by and I call again for an eta, they say 20 minutes out again. I ask the dispatch if I can pay over the phone, he says they can do venmo, cash app or zelle over the phone. I tell him I only have a credit card and he replies they will figure something out. The driver calls and says he is on the way, but goes to the wrong address at first. Over the course of the 3 hours this took to tow a forklift 3 miles, the bill is over $1,300. I was never told an hourly rate, or told I couldn't pay with a card, or else I would have called a different company. They took their sweet time and dodged answering important questions I asked, also held my Forklift for ransom if I didn't find a way to send the money. No professional company refuses to take a credit card, beware this company. They take as long as they can to get another hour added to their $300 an hour rate and they'll lie to you about acceptable forms of payment. Awful experience and they will never get my business again. BBB complaint will be made next.
This company tried scamming my partner this morning in Schaumburg. They quoted him $700 and then when they had his truck on the bed, the price changed to over double ($1400+)what the original quote was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We are looking into filing a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General's Office, and legal action against this company.

Very professional and seemed like he cared about the vehicle and making sure to do it correctly as to not further the damage. Also showed up when he said he would.
SCAM!!! I wish NO stars was an option. This is by far the worst experience in towing that I've ever had. The website mentions that payments are acceptable at Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. However, after my service they requested "Zelle Only". I was confused as to why. However, I discovered my 2 mile towing cost would include a fee for "where the driver came from". This was NOT discussed over the phone or documented by the company on their website. The driver could have come from ANYWHERE. They only accept Zelle payments because they can't be disputed, which I'm sure they experience often! This business is a total joke.
How are you on my last post apologizing about bad service but as of a week ago from the reviews this company consistently does the same thing to people why even respond? Just continue to scam and get over on people it’s in a matter of time

If zero stars was an option, they’d get it. Quoted me $750 “Give or take a few dollars”. 22 mile tow ended up being almost $4500. Never ever ever use this company.
Do not use this company…even if you get estimate price they will change it…stay away from this company. Overcharging 20x….20 minutes of work cost me 920$…without any parts.

Solid people. Had a truck spill diesel fuel in the parking lot of a customer. They got out fast and helped me out before it became a huge situation. John was the guy's name that walked me through what they were doing and was helpful on the situation. Expensive, but quick. Wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
Very unprofessional and unethical. Call someone else. Charged us $5465.00 for 30 minutes of work. Swearing, yelling, and laughing while we had our truck held hostage pending a ACH payment. When it wasn’t processed immediately, they threatened to impound our truck. Very nasty company! I don’t know how these people are in business.

SCUMBAG COMPANY DO NOT EVER USE THEM AS FRIENDLY ADVICE!!!! We agreed $ 350 for the call fee after than they said $150 per hour. So, total was $ 750. Once they took the delivery location. They said that price will be $1,800 with ZELLE only otherwise they won't offload the truck. SO PLEASE PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THEM FIRST THEY TALK TO YOU NICELY THAN THE TRIPLE CHARGE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS WITH AN MANERS.
PRIORITY WRECKER SERVICE IS A BUNCH OF GREEDY, HIGHWAY ROBBERS, SCAMMERS and SCUMBAGS---professional drivers, beware! All of the 5 star reviews are fake, all of the 1 stars are real. (There will likely be 4-5 newer 5 star reviews above this one to keep their ratings up). They won't reply to any 1 star reviews either.
Here's how they operate....you break down on the road, you google a repair/tow service, you call this company, they request you place a card on file to send someone out....when you don't want to provide the card info--they send out a guy anyway. He will absolutely wait with you for hours by your vehicle as if he's "On Call" and working on your rig....and You will absolutely regret calling this company for help. If you call them for roadside repair, they send out a fancy tow truck and nice talking driver who won't even lift a wrench, they say they don't have the tools for the job and ask you to follow them back to the shop (or tow you in) fortunately I could drive my Prevost bus to their shop and when they say they will get you in the shop right away....that's the only truthful thing you'll hear from these goons....they are going to get you in right away. As You back your rig into their shop bay, they close the door and they lock you in...they tell you to leave the vehicle and they'll call you when it's ready. Immediately red flags going off in my head as I backed in to the immaculately clean shop with absolutely no real mechanics, no lifts and only one hispanic male with a crawler and some assortment of hand tools in the back corner.
(I played nice and told them my company won't let me leave it, so they say I can wait in their "lobby") they have an aggressive dog roaming the shop that bit a different truck driver as I waited in the "lobby" for the repair. They hold your vehicle hostage and make the repair....then charge you $1800 only to take a rear wheel off, cap a leaking brake can line and send you on your way (1.5 hours of labor)...calling the cops does nothing--as it's a civil matter. The driver who was bit by the dog told me He was trying to retrieve his truck for days and He called the cops there and they did nothing for him.
Priority "employees" won't give you any estimate before the work, they just do it and then send you the bill at whatever amount they make up. You have to pay up or you don't get the vehicle back....then they'll charge storage fee. They don't accept credit cards (obviously so you can't call and dispute the charge as fraud afterward) they send you an online link to pay via PayPal or some other vendor.....or, of course, they take cash! They conveniently have an ATM machine in the one chair lobby. Someone needs to sue these clowns and anyone who works for them to shut them down.
I will give them 0 stars. They will give you a price and tell you 3 times more when the job is done. They force you to pay or threaten that they will toll your truck and keep it hostage until you pay . bunch of scammers and liars. Do not use !
CRAZY high call out fee with a 3 hour minimum on a weekday during normal business hours. Then they sent out 2 wreckers without a request, approval, or telling us that was they sop. Then when we called to get the bill lowered they jacked up the already high call out fee because they gave us a "discount" for sending out 2 units. Customer service was horrible and was talking bad about the military while knowingly on the phone with a vet. All around horrible experience.
I called on priority to help with my stalled vehicle, turns out I had an issue that road side assistance would not be able to fix so they helped tow me to the shop of my choosing, and I was able to get in and out the same day! Thank goodness they were there to save the day. Reasonable pricing, great timing and friendly staff!
I was in a bind and called the first one on the list. They came out quickly and they were extremely polite. I was in a bind and they rushed to take care of us. Everything was smooth but they went over and above my expectations with the service and even left the vehicle smelling nice.
Afterwards, got back home and came to leave a review and noticed the 1 star experiences. I'm not sure what that's about but definitely doesn't match my own.
This place is complet scam. Call them for a road service fuel filter clough up. They show up with tow truck I did not call tow. I managed to start truck I once again start truck and follow tow truck to shop 5 miles away. Left truck there to change oil filter they called me next morning and told me that I need to change 3 fuel injectors. Told them not to do it. I came to picku my truck and had to pay 2932.20 for nothing. And I had to pay in cash only. I do not know how is possible that place like this can legally operate. Called my lawyer and will file lawsuit.
WARNING SCAMMERS. This company base their business on scamming people as you can see from others reviews everybody get scammed, but I went next step we make report to Attorney General and they going to take action. I also gather already five people to place the lawsuit together. Anybody else wanna get on the board call me .we just got ripped off out of $5000 for 10 mile tow .
Guys stay away , this company changing names because they screwing people around , they said one thing fo another , below is example they told me to replace 1 chamber for $195 (1 hour ) they charge 3 also they do mark up 300% on parts , another thing their old comapny had 95 review only 1 good from lady who answers phone , this is a joke , review invoice below
Zero stars. This place is criminally overcharging. Look at their BBB profile, every compliant is the same. They are there to take advantage and overcharge. We paid $6500 for a 30 minute load adjustment. DO NOT USE.
