I came in looking for an inner tie rod removal tool and asked the front desk if they had one. The employee working didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, which would have been fine, but the way he handled it came off disrespectful and dismissive, like I was the one who didn’t know what I needed. He instead recommended using a bootlegged way to remove the tie rod that would of risk damaging the inner tie rod. (I rather you give me no advice than advice that could cause damage to customers vehicle.) I already haven’t had the best experiences with NAPA, and this just confirmed it for me. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to an hour somewhere else than deal with poor customer service. For anyone needing parts or tools, I’d recommend ordering from RockAuto or going to another parts store like AutoZone instead. Very disappointing experience.

I got a dual exhaust put on my truck. I explained what I wanted and they nailed it. I received prompt service. Expert service and courteous to the max! I am very pleased and would not go anywhere else. Totally recommend.

RIP OFF!! Bought 2 wiper blades for 22.50 each.... $14 at walmart (price checked same product) wont be stopping there ever again!!
