Great people!! I canceled the tow and they still helped me jump my car. They weren’t upset about the cancel or anything! These are great people, if you need a tow call them!!!!
My son was headed back to college and was in a wreck. Neal and Dennis were great. Dennis was at the site in 30 minutes and was very polite. Made us feel relieved.
I would leave 0 stars for these guys if I could. The state troopers called these guys to tow our truck from the side of the road after getting stuck in mud. Nobody told us how much or anything and we got stuck with a $2800 bill for an hours work. They then couldn’t start our truck and did damage to it, they towed it to TA without our consent and then we had to tow the truck from TA to a service. They didn’t put drive shaft back and truck wouldn’t start after they towed it. What these guys charge should be illegal and I will look into it and file a complaint. Guys please stay away and read these reviews as a warning, there is a reason for it.
This is a fantastic family owned company. They saved my friend and I that were stranded on the side of the road and was able to get us to the airport on time! Hands down the best tow truck service we have ever had!

My college aged daughter and her friend were stranded on the interstate and Neal quickly came and safely got them and the car to a nearby, local, honest mechanic! I really appreciate his quick action and integrity.
I had a flat tire on the way to St. Louis and called this company for a tow to a tire repair business but was able to get a spare tire on during the time it took for them to arrive. We called to cancel the service and leave our location but then the tow truck driver pulled up and tried to block our car from leaving. He was extremely rude to us and said we still had to pay the $75 as service call fee. I am very unhappy with his handling of the issue. We paid the fee but I don’t appreciate the attitude of the employee (older, white hair gentleman) when we are from out of state and in a pinch for time for the wedding.
I had a blow out and Neal came to my rescue. I was headed to Denver with my 120lb pit bull. He picked me up, found me a tire, found me a hotel, got my car fixed and brought my car to me the next morning at the hotel... fixed and ready to go. For the help he gave me this guy deserves 5 stars!! He saved me!!
Great service! Dennis was so helpful and accommodating when the enclosed trailer that we were towing, broke down on the interstate. He towed it to his shop, helped us unload the broken trailer, and re-load the new trailer.
My husband, father in law and I were traveling across the country in a school bus that my husband and I recently purchased. We broke down unfortunately a few miles outside of Mount Vernon and tried multiple ways to get some help and get a ride into town without any luck. Finally I called Neil thinking we were going to need a tow into town and he was there to help within 20 minutes. (It was about a 15 minute drive to where we were located) so he was very quick to come help. He helped figure out what the problem was and then even had someone bring us a part and helped teach my husband how to change out the part as well as followed us to a another location that we needed to go to to make sure we were in perfect running condition. Also to make things better he texted me a few days later to make sure we made it all the way home safely. I have never experienced better customer service. I would definitely recommend giving him a call if you’re ever broke down and in need of some help.
Called on behalf of a Spanish speaking family because their car had died on the side of the highway. The driver "didn't want to be involved" because he didn't speak Spanish. Thankfully, another company more deserving of the business answered the call.
Great service! Had a truck breakdown on the Road and called them they came out immediately. Poor weather conditions got it off the highway and back to the shop ! Great people !
Rend Lake Towing helped me this afternoon with roadside assistance on I-64 W near Woodlawn due to a flat tire. They were so helpful, professional and quick in both arriving and changing my flat tire during this stressful time.
I blew two tires out on a huge pothole, and the guy that picked us up on the wrecker was just about the nicest guy ever! Hooked us up with a tire guy who came in early and got us back on the road bright and early the next morning. Terrible experience turned out well thanks to great service!
So I pulled in there property with a shifted trailer load, for safety purposes I pulled in slow because I was scared of the trailer flipping at 2 miles per hour. His son approached me with verbal profanity and told me that I missed his driveway and that I pulled straight into their grass speeding, me being scared I turned in their property slow and wide and got stuck in the grass, immediately profanity was used until I left the property his company is unprofessional and racist Even if this was the last resort I will not call them I will would not business or partner with this company. The experience was traumatizing and depressing they receive their fee And I don’t think that anyone should have to go through this find a better company to get towed or to do business with. On contacts I asked if there was camera surveillance for my insurance and was told yes they were I did not identify any camera I was tormented after and belittled find a better professional company to deal with as a paying customer please learn from my experience
