I’m so thankful we found this auto shop. They are amazing! Very honest and reliable. Dealership quoted us thousands for an unnecessary repair. We took to Integrity and they found the real problem and saved us thousands! It is hard to find reliable, genuine good places these days, but Integrity stands up to its name!
I went in today for an oil change. They looked over my car and told me everything looked good but my battery was getting to the end of its life and would need replacement in the near future. This is true, as it has been having a more difficult time starting, which I did not state to him prior, but they found during their assessment. He gave me a fair price for replacement and installation and told me to come back whenever I'm ready. Everyone was kind, upfront, and were efficient. A friend recommended them to me after having more serious work done and being very pleased. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
I came in with a laundry list of issues, I got a speedy diagnostic and detailed quote. The work was done within 24 hours, and now my SUV drives like butter🧈 No complaints ❤️

They’re friendly, with good service, and great communication. Texted me pictures of what was wrong and offered some suggestions on other things to change (my engine/cabin air filters, again accompanied with photos of my very dirty filters) and were transparent about cost but weren’t pushy about doing lots of extra work the way some mechanics can be. I’ve gone here twice now and I think I’ve found my mechanic for the rest of my time in the area! I’d recommend them to anyone!

My Van was missing on three cylinders, and they were able to fix it within a couple of hours. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and overly qualified. They have a very nice shop in waiting room.
This is a wonderful auto repair shop! Great experience….and I’ve never been able to say that about ANY auto repair business ( aside from friends who’ve helped me out in a pinch)
Our fan for heat and defrost only worked on high and in January quit doing that. They found the problem and fixed it quickly the same day!
Also the drivers window switch didn’t work and that was fixed as well along with the fan issue!
This place is knowledgeable and fast yet they won’t charge you for something you don’t need!
I have found my new mechanic for our 2000 Yukon!

Great Auto shop! I had to get my brakes serviced, and my water pump replaced on my truck. I also had to get my valve cover gadget and O2 sensor replaced on my small suv. Both times they were very up front on the pricing and what needed to be done, and in the end the prices were reasonable!
I was terrified when the car messed up. They were very friendly and helpful. They got me back on the road as quickly as they could. Definitely recommend!!

Highly recommended! I purchased tires from them for my Tesla. They were very patient and helpful when I was picking tires out. They were careful when installing the tires and balanced them perfectly. Our car feels brand new again!
