they only paid half the going price of other metal recycle yards. call around and get prices before going there. I hauled an enclosed trailer full of crushed cans and several aluminum wheels and they paid me less than $100. my time and gas is worth more than the trip there. they lost my business. never will i ever do business with them.
We are new to our little town, our recycling when we lived in Moline, they picked up everything we put in there, because all the materials were and are recyclable? Really wood? Not recyclable, since when? Then they proceed to say there's dirt in the bin? really? Why would we throw dirt? It may have been stuck on the stakes we had in the ground for Halloween? Then we threw sawdust in there?? Makes no sense to me, I guess we won't be recycling then, and also WE WILL NOT BE CHARGED EITHER!! You know if you give new customers the items that are recyclable through YOUR company, then maybe we would know what YOU GUYS WONT TAKE. But nope never received anything when moved into our new house
