10/10 would highly recommend for all your towing needs! I was in an accident out that way which is an hour from my home. They understood the stress I was under and was more than willing to send me pictures and give me much needed information without me having to make an extra trip there. I had a driveshaft bust on a large truck. Ince's tow arrived quickly. Driver had the knowledge and tools to remove the busted driveshaft, release the airbrakes and safely hitch and tow the truck.. would definitely recommend and use them again.
When we lost a wheel of our truck after hours and needed assistance they did a great job. They also helped us get our truck repaired and back on the road the next day. Definitely recommend.

Today I had ABS electrical issues on my IH tractor just 1 hour away from the Walmart Distribution Center near Sterling, IL where I drive for Schneider as a dedicated driver on the WM account. I contacted our Service Emergency Maintenance hotline and they contacted Ince’s Towing of Annawan, IL to tow my tractor and empty reefer back to the DC.
I didn't have to wait long before a young man named Bobby gave me a call and told me his ETA would be 5:20 pm. He was there to hook onto my tractor and trailer sooner than his ETA. Bobby has been at this type of work in the family business since high school and younger. He was mature and confident compared to many from his generation. I would say this young man has been blessed with both street smarts and a willingness to keep working until the job is done.
On the trip to Sterling, I learned that 5/8 of the employees are family members. I'm talking grandpa, grandma, dad, an uncle, and sons all working together and getting along well-doing jobs they enjoy. Bobby has a younger sister who will soon be taking accounting and business classes to solidify the family business located in Anawan, IL.
I learned from Bobby that Schneider uses Ince’s Towing to tow disabled trucks in their fleet frequently. If this towing service didn't provide good value for their services, I’m sure the Schneider SEM hotline person would have contacted another towing company for me today.
I love family-operated businesses because they frequently will exceed your expectations when it comes to providing great customer service with a smile on their face. Twenty-two-year-old Bobby demonstrated that this evening as the snow came down during windy conditions. I recommend this family towing business to anyone who has a towing need and wants good service until the job is completed.
Lastly, one thing that Bobby told me about his days in his local FFA chapter was a chicken project he was active in where the eggs gathered from 15 hens were donated to the local food pantry. My friends, that shows “strong character” when you share some of your blessings with others.
