Very rude and unprofessional my husband walked in and said “how are you” loud enough to hear and was ignored. Then he asked where a tool was at and also got ignored then the young boy asked my cousin what he needed knowing my cousin isn’t who was asking questions so my husband said I only said three things and was ignored on everything I asked just for the boy to laugh at him then get back on his computer then the rude lady said “the tool is over there” didn’t show him just said it’s over there. You guys lost a large sale today we won’t be coming back in for anything. Kindness goes a long ways if you hate your job find a new one. 👎🏻
Great auto parts store in a small town with everything I needed. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff are ready to help when you walk through the door or even when you make a call.
Good auto parts with lots of hardware (electrical, plumbing etc.) also. The manager is always willing to help and if it's not in store will try to get it for you.
