This review is so long overdue. I wish I could give 1000 stars. To say that Tim (and his family) went above and beyond is putting the situation lightly.
Back story: Early this fall, I was in a freak accident during am 9 hour road trip to WI. I live in Nashville, TN. My insurance referred me to Sesser Auto Body. Upon speaking with Tim the first time, he was so kind and reassuring. He kept me updated every step of the way from when my car arrived there via tow, when the parts that were needed were arriving, what step they were on, etc. Once the job was finished, I knew we would need to make to long haul (4 hours one way) back to Southern IL to pick up the car. Tim called me when the car was ready. He just so happened to be traveling to Nashville that weekend and *offered to drive my car all the way down so that we wouldn't have to make the trip.* I was speechless. He even went ahead and cleared it with my insurance first. I truly don't even have the words to express my gratitude for Tim and his wife who agreed to drive separately to make this happen. They drove down and we were able to get our car (which looked absolutely brand new and perfect) so easily. Every person I tell this story to is just as shocked by this above and beyond kindness.
Tim is one of a kind. He was kind, empathetic, communicative, timely, the work was top notch quality, and the customer service was like nothing I've ever seen. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and Sesser Auto Body.

Our car was rear ended while sitting at a red light. After some research we chose Sesser Auto Body to make the repairs. I don't think we could have made a better choice. Very pleasant experience. They took care of everything from the insurance claim to the rental car for us during repairs. Our suv was less than a year old and when we got it back it looked better than the day we drove it off the showroom floor. No way to tell it was ever wrecked. They detailed the whole vehicle. Repair was totally paid by other persons insurance but they give us a copy of bill, I thought it was appropriate for repairs required. Recommend this shop for any collision repair.
This was my first time dealing with auto body work. The front end staff were professional, informitive and took the time to answer my questions in detail. The repairs were remarkable and beautiful. Not a hint that it had been damage. I would recommend to anyone looking for great work and informed staff, Sesser Auto Body.
Took our new Kia there with only 550 miles on it to get right front fender dent from a deer fixed. When we picked the car back up it had over 1000 miles on it and the transmission would not shift, we did not even make it home. Car is currently getting a new transmission put in it at Kia
Don't expect a masterpiece when you take your vehicle there to get fixed... cant match a paint color to save there lives. Or put power steering fluid back in your reservoir when its empty
Sesser Auto Body displayed the professionalism lost by many in the service industry. Their work was fast, yet thorough. The cost was more than reasonable.
