We had our vehicle towed there to get fixed. I was told it was okay to use my own parts to fix. It was no t okay, which I get, but I was told they could be used. I was also told they would let me know the progress and when I wasn't called and made aware, I called them. They were angry with me because I was pressuring them. I just wanted answers. I was restated poorly on the phone. When the vehicle was "fixed", I was called and told the price. I asked if the truck started and they laughed and said yes. It Did Not Start and we had to have it towed somewhere else. Not impressed with my experience and would recommend people to know exactly what they need done before leaving it, because you will probably be treated crappy if you ask questions.
I don't recommend this shop they wasted my time and money overcharge $ I have to pay towing to get my vehicle away 😤 to other mechanic to get it fix well done and they don't know how treated costumers
Crooks! They overcharge and don't fully fix the problem, so you have to go elsewhere to have to pay yet again to have it fixed properly! Plus, the woman behind the counter whom I will assume is the wife of the owner is rude and abrasive! Someone needs to teach her good business ethics!😡
Spoke to a woman and she definitely had an attitude, and not a good one. She raised her voice and exclaimed, “We are not open on Christmas Eve!!!” That’s fine. I did not have a problem with that. I simply asked if they were open. I did not need or deserve the attitude. They might do great work, maybe. I will never know because I will not spend my money with a place that apparently approves of talking to customers in that manner. Poor customer service over the phone.
Made an appointment and they couldn't look at car until 2 hours later. Lady argued with me over the phone. After I was home, my check engine light started flashing. I called and got an appointment for the next morning. I went and they looked at it right away. It is something new but fixable and Ralph is ordering it for this afternoon. My opinion has changed on this business. Yesterday might have just been a bad day, as everyone has them
The guys at RTD provide courteous, friendly, quality, and professional work on ALL my vehicles!!! Keep up the great work!!! I would and do recommend them to anyone!!!
They always manage to get me in and out as quickly as they can. And I do like the fact that if you have issues with your automobile truck or car you can take it in and they'll give you a basic estimate of what it's going to cost to fix it.
I'm always taking my vehicles there if I need work done. They're super down to earth and helpful and they don't try to rob you they tell you how it is and try to help as much as possible!! Staff is amazing too, I can talk to the mechanics too and they're super clear and helpful!
I thought I had a blown head gasket and took it here to get checked out. He looked into it and it was just a bad water pump. He got it done very quick and did a great job! Saved me a lot of money!
Horrible experience with these people. Took my car in to get new tires and brakes put on, they managed to damage two of my rims while removing the lug bolts. They just told us that it was just a little blackened due to having to use heat to remove them. It looks like someone hit my rim around where the lugs are multiple times with a hammer.
