Called them after getting a call from my daughter who broke down on I-57 on her way back to school. Mark was out to tow the car very shortly after I called, easing a lot of the anxiety my wife and I were experiencing. Very pleasant, very responsive. I highly recommend to anyone in need of towing service in the area.
This business is unprofessional and lacks customer service all they care about is getting your money. Not your best interest.They charged 500 for a 10 mile tow then refused to allow us to get our vehicle
VERY unprofessional and way overpriced. $520 to tow a wrecked vehicle 5 miles back to his shop. Very friendly until paid whereas after a short time he came out being disrespectful which quickly escalated into cussing and verbal assualts. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Had a vehicle towed after an accident. Was nice as pie till he got my money. Situation escalated quickly and worker become enraged and attempted to use intimidation tactics to get even more money.
They do great work. I've used them to tow vehicles and have used them for doing alignments on my vehicles that I work on. We had an issue where we wrecked a vehicle and had to make an insurance claim as well as have an estimate done. They helped me navigate that process and mitigate some issues I was having with insurance. They do an amazing job for an affordable price. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice.
We had a flat in one of our Sprinter van's dually due to a broken valve stem. After calling Bull's Custom Shop, they took us in immediately and fixed the stem. Big thanks😎.
They aligned my lifted crew cab when I built it 5 years ago, and just recently had them do front suspension work and have it realigned! Great place, only place I will let touch my truck but me!
Used them a few months ago to do alignment on my girlfriend's truck got it back and there was more wrong with it than when it went in. Then tonight I called because I need my car towed a block and a half from where it broke down and got told "oh.. I just stepped out to get something to eat, you need to call someone else".. this place won't get anymore of my business

This is an excellent Auto Body Shop. They do engine repairs, like AC. They installed my mud flaps, they can tow you 24 hours a day and unlock your vehicle if the need arises. Professional team of mechanics. Local residents and those from far away are so fortunate to have this business in Paxton, Illinois.
