  The lady that set up our appointment for removal of our end of life car was very friendly and nice. The guy (Glen) shows up to get the car and do the paperwork with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Um, ok. I overlooked that. When he made an inappropriate unnecessary comment about the care of the car in front of my husband (basically putting me down) I was dumbfounded. He doesn't know us at all but still made a stupid comment. I was upset with the comment so I handed my husband the paperwork and decided to remove myself from the situation. The guy knew I was upset but the spine tingling smug stare he gave me as I was walking backwards to the door was just well....scary and weird. It may be that he has issues with women? Idk. I'm not one to leave bad reviews as I understand that, just like I, people can have bad days. Look at my Google reviews and you will see it is true. I only try to compliment people and be positive. I called the business and a nice lady answered the phone and of course she apologized for his behavior which sucked for her because it was in no way her fault. The truth is she was not surprised at what I was telling her. That guy needs some customer service training or something. Thanks for coming to get our car, thanks for the $300 (lol) and thanks for making me cry today. Just what I needed.

  Recycling is important. The chart shows aluminum at $1.14/lb yesterday. I brought in 13 lb, they weighed it, gave me a paper for the office with 13lb noted. I was given $4. What excuse is even possible, please? I didn't have the #'s until today. But, I will NEVER be going back there.

  I’ve been coming here for years, the staff is always nice and usually has me laughing at something before I’m leaving. Fair payouts depending on the market prices. Good people, family owned and local.

  I cannot recommend these people enough. My crew came into town to move equipment and scrap a business. In a busy time, with labor and truck shortages, Lisa was able to get me a roll off, exactly the size we needed, in less than 3 hours. I couldn't have asked for a better time line, and under such pressure. Most of this industry is who you know, and these guys are the people to know.

  I was in an unfortunate accident earlier today and my car was beyond repair. I was an anxious mess and stressed to the max. The staff was kind and understanding and made the whole process easy and comfortable. One of the repair men even recommended a local dealership to find myself a new car. Not to mention my boyfriend got a kick out of watching them crush my tin can... thank you guys for everything! I would definitely recommend them.

  I would not recommend them. they are very unethical and had taken advantage of a military veteran with TBI and did not pay him what he was owed. They shorted him on the check almost $200 on a $245 payment.

  These guys consistently have the lowest prices for copper in the area. Call every scrap yard and asked. They are consistently 15 to $0.20 less for Bare bright than anyone else

  September 2016 experience: Very polite staff, Very easy unload process. I dropped off a furnace, water heater, and blower motor. They paid $10.00 for 320 pounds of the above. ($0.031/pound)
