Contacted this company through roadside assistance at 830pm and was quoted an hour wait time. When they were not there an hour and a half later at 10pm I called them for a status update and was quoted another hour to an hour and a half. As of 1130pm they still have not shown up. Thankfully I figured out how to fix the tire on my own.
Had to get a towing at odd hours, so thankful they were nearby. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone. ETA was on point and the tow guys were also very nice and got my car to its destination. Only one thing that was missing was a notification they said would be sent to me about my car at its destination. Other than that, great service for off hours of the night too.
These folks were exactly what I needed when I got locked out of my car. Considering how cold it was, I’m gonna cut them some slack on how long it took them to get to me. But once Dave got here, he got me in my car quickly (and he gave me a jump start) and on my way. I highly suggest that if you’re in need of roadside assistance in the western suburbs, you hit them up
The service was excellent! Keys were locked in the car. First towing snd recovery service cancelled after a 2 hour wait. Elizabeth so kindly called to say they were running just a few minutes late which I greatly appreciated (our winter storm and freezing temperatures were in full force) and they arrived shortly after and had the car open. They were professional, kind, friendly and super fast! Thank you for your wonderful service!
I wish I could leave ZERO stars! We waited for HOURS!! We called to check their arriving time and the lady on the phone said "let me check" then hung up on me! I called back no answer! I called a few times and no answer. When someone finally answered he apologized and then I heard him say to someone in the background "stop that" and "why? what are you doing?". He then hung up on me! I can only assume the previous lady that answered the phone made him hang up! I continued to call because we were stranded and they told us they would tow it! After a few calls the lady finally answered and said we are "no longer towing your vehicle" and said she "told my insurance company that she canceled". I called my insurance company and she did not call them to cancel. In conclusion, they were EXTREMELY rude, poor communication skills and an absolute waste of time! They could have saved me HOURS if they would have called to say sorry we can't tow it anymore instead of me trying to call them multiple times to figure out what is going on!

Careless business, Megan was one of the people who topped my vehicle and made several damages. I spoke to her that night and she asked sdoe the pictures to be sent to her so that she could share it with the manager by the name of Elizabeth. Of course I haven’t had a response, I call and ask for a member of management and they are never there. Megan always answers my calls and hang up. Terrible service. I proof that the vehicle was not like that. BBB is my next stop.
If you find youselves needing a tow, call someone else. That's what I wish I wouldve done when my elantra didn't have a spare tire and needed a tow. But I didn't and instead I got a dead transmission, dead BRAND NEW battery, and a flat tire on a car that was left 2 feet into my driveway.
You think when this happens that the company will take ownership or the insurance would handle it, but you'd be wrong. I'm skeptical if they even have valid insurance and if they do, they "don't cooperate" with their insurance adjusters so Progressive is left to tell poor souls their is nothing they can do about the car that Squiggs towed. Even just the name should make you skeptical.
A long 3 month process and luckily it was picked up from a building that had security cameras outside so we were able to prove to lawyers and insurance reps that Squigg's towed the car incorrectly. They don't even deserve 1 star, but Google won't let me rate them with 0 stars.
There are so many tow companies out there that do a fabulous job and are friendly while also leaving you/your car in one piece. Go with one of them.
This service is the best! I needed an emergency tow and fast- they responded right away and dispatched someone to help me within the hour. Very reasonable rates, fast kind service, and great driving. I would recommend their tow service to anyone who needs help.
Horrible service. They were an hour and a half later than what I was told when they called me with a time estimate. Inside the truck, the music was deafening and the AC was on with a temperature outside of 56 degrees. No regard at all for customer satisfaction. The worst experience after an already stressful situation. I give them a rating of ZERO.
David really helped me get my tire right off when I tried everything I could to do, David was super helpful and I appreciate all that he did for me. You guys got yourselves a good worker in him.
They arrived quickly, after I was initially given a 2 hour wait time from another company. Nice, friendly people. Got my flat tire situation fixed so I could be on my way.
If you’re every struggling and you’d like some assistance, definitely call. It’s worth the wait and my tow went perfectly! They were so nice and they also had the most adorable puppy to give me some love!
Arrived quickly and helped fix my tire with ease! They also gave me great recommendations for food while I'm in town. Hopefully I don't have car trouble again but if I do I'm calling them again!
This place had me waiting since 1pm for a tow. Was charged for a tow that never happened. Talked on the phone to them multiple times throughout the day only with a further delay each time. Would not ever recommend using these people. Strung me along all day. VERY UNRELIABLE.
