I bought a vehicle there and just a few days later it broke down. I had to fix it with my own money, and it was very expensive. They told me it was in good condition. It’s a lousy dealership — I don’t recommend it. Sooner or later, karma will catch up with them.

The guys were absolutely amazing to work with; especially Mike, who was truly phenomenal. My sons and I drove over an hour from Wisconsin to look at a car, and from the moment we walked into the shop, we knew we were in good hands. When the car didn’t start right away, they didn’t cut corners by just charging the battery, they put in a brand-new one. They also fixed the brake sensor before we even left. They were upfront from the start about a crack in the windshield and had already planned on fixing it before selling the vehicle. They walked us through our options with honesty and flexibility, keeping our convenience in mind the entire time. When none of the shops near us had the windshield available, they personally set up the appointment and paid for the windshield repair themselves. It was a drive, but it was absolutely worth it. Their integrity, transparency, and genuine care made this one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Really positive experience here, everyone is extremely professional and goes out of their way to ensure the car we bought was working smoothly. Mike is a fair guy he's your everyday blue color hard worker. His cars aren't new , but he's going to be straight with you about what he has. He sold me an Outlander for my daughter that's running great, and is making the difference for her and my granddaughter. The mechanic is cool too sorry brother, I forgot your name. He fixed a dent in my wife's truck for a great price. They are my regular mechanics now. I recommend this place if you are looking for a good used car at a reasonable price. God bless you guys .

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, and I feel obligated to share my story. I purchased a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter from them for $25,500 in cash. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Before even leaving the lot, I noticed an issue with the vehicle, which they failed to mention during the sale. They assured me it would be fixed, but despite my constant follow-ups, the problem was never addressed. I didn’t start using the van immediately because I had delays with the company I intended to work with, but I stayed in contact with them, pressing them to fix the shift module issue. They repeatedly claimed the parts were on order, but nothing was resolved.
When I was finally ready to start working with the van, another serious issue arose: the motor was faulty and burned oil excessively. I reached out to them again, and they directed me to their mechanic, who replaced the turbos. However, the problem persisted. When I asked them to take further action, they informed me there was nothing more they could do.
To make matters worse, I discovered that I had unknowingly signed a document waiving my right to take legal action against them, which they never clarified during the sale. This lack of transparency and accountability has left me with a $25,500 vehicle that is practically unusable.
If you choose to do business with this dealership, please be extremely cautious. Read every document carefully, as their “no return policy” and lack of honesty can leave you in a very difficult situation. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did.
To Mike and Roger, I believe that accountability and integrity always come full circle. I hope you reflect on your practices and understand the impact they have on others. Everyone deserves fair treatment, and I trust that life has a way of ensuring people face the consequences of their actions.
Honestly these guys are great I know used car places like this can be questionable but definitely would recommend this one bought older volvo runs awesome had it for 6 months now no issues but if I needed anything like maintenance they took care of me . AWESOME for sure
?? This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. From the start Mike answered my call and he was incredible to work with! He was very quick to respond to several calls and text messages that I made. I purchased the vehicle unseen only via photos but I was studied up on the specific vehicle I purchased as everyone should be when purchasing a used vehicle.
The vehicle was delivered to Alabama as promised and I must say that this purchase was better than I could’ve expected and the photos didn’t do justice on just how nice this vehicle actually is.

My 17 year old was hunting the interwebs for a few days for a car. Well we landed here and don't regret it. We pulled the carfax before going out. Knew that he was buying, a high mileage used vehicle, and the guys were great! Quick in and out less then 30 min. Paid cash so that helped, but very very professional and friendly. My son is happy, has a vehicle again, and these gentleman have one less on their lot. Thank you for being so professional, quick and willing to stay a few min late for us.

I needed an affordable car which was going to be reliable and I am so happy I found Roger and Mike at Auto Deals in Roselle Illinois. After getting jerked around by scammers on Facebook marketplace for a week, I decided to stop by Auto Deals and see what they had there. Immediately Roger gave me a good feeling but you never know with used car salesman. Anyways he started asking question about what I was looking for, about my budget etc. And I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options and the guy was super honest about everything. I wound up driving 2 cars and really liked one of them and he gave me a super competitive price, much better than I was finding on Facebook or craigslist. So I bought the car and about a week later I had a minor issue, so I called Roger, he said come right over and let me look. Shockingly he took the car straight to his mechanic and they fixed the issue right away at NO CHARGE to me. He really did not need to do that but the guy REALLY CARES about his customers. I did not expect to be leaving such a long positive review but this place went way above and beyond. If you need an affordable used car look no further, go to Auto Deals. I know I will be returning next time I am in the market. 5/5 stars, thank you guys!
