my family has been coming here for 3 generations. Love Marc, Corey and the team! they've always taken care of my grandma and even when they were really slammed, they made sure she didn't walk out the door with her shitty breaks and completely redid them and also put her bumper back on for her (it was duct taped). I've had my brakes redone here and almost every oil change + they gave me quotes at reasonable prices for the work that needed to be done. Even though i moved out of state, anytime I need to work done while im in town, I give them a ring! Definitely recommend them!!
After speaking with mark and getting an estimate for a repair. I took my car in for the repair and he did not honor the prize he told me on the phone. It was a simple fix however i cannot trust this shop anymore and will not send any more people here. He needs to learn that his word is everything i dont recommend anybody go here and will not be back
We had brake issues surprise us during the holidays and they squeezed us in the same day, gave great prices, and showed us the best customer service we have ever had from an automotive shop. Highly recommend!
Mark is good for always taking the time to explain the problem, even for someone who knows nothing about vehicles. I will probably use this shop for all my vehicles from now on.

When my wife and I bought 2 new cars we had to follow the service schedule at the dealer as not to void the warranty; warranty is now up and I'm back to Roselle, wouldn't trust anybody else with our cars. I’m not one to do reviews however as many times I have been to this establishment I always get prompt service. I drive a 2006 Tundra that I purchased new. FYI I’m at Realtor/Home Inspector by trade and need my truck as this is how I make my living. That being said. Repairs are always done correctly. Prices are always reasonable and never feel that I have been taken advantage of. Highly recommend Roselle Service Center to anyone in need of any kind of automotive repair.
I brought Honda Accord for used car inspection and I’m glad I did. I loved the car and almost spent $7,500 on it but after the inspection Roselle Service Center team told me the problems with the car. I paid cheap to inspect and saved $7,500. Very nice and honest people they even made me enter they workshop area to explain to me the issues since I’m not very familiar with cars. I really appreciate it guys and nice doing business with you!
These guys are top notch. They have never sold me anything I didnt need and always got the job done timely and correctly. Never had to bring anything back that was worked on. For an independent shop, I highly recomend.
Battery died and Mark and another came to jump start my car quickly. Later the battery died again and they came back and jumped my car again and I went into the shop and had a new battery installed along with batteries in my key fob. I appreciate the good service.

After going back and forth to several shop for a diagnosis of my vehicles problem I finally found the right place!! Their professionalism the knowledge to my situation or my vehicle was something unseen of..I absolutely love this place and I will return. I would highly recommend as well.
I had a great experience at Roselle Service Center this morning with Mark. I was driving in the area (although I live an hour away) and my car suddenly had an emergency tire issue. They were able to take me right away without an appointment and even were okay with calling in a credit card since I didn't my wallet with me. They were able to fix my issue super quickly and were so helpful and informative each step of the way. Thanks so much!

I had them press out a couple wheel bearings for me over the years. They never had an issue with that and didn't charge an arm and a leg either. They are helpful, and willing to work. Good place.
Mark and his guys are the best. I've never felt more trust for a mechanic shop. Because of that, I've taken my car back several times. They give you information and make suggestions, but never feel pressure to make quick decisions. I would definitely recommend with 5 star honors!
I have had several cars serviced at Roselle Service Center over the past few years and have always had a good experience. I have always felt that I have been treated honestly and fairly.
"GOING THE EXTRA MILE"
When you think about going the extra mile; putting in the extra effort; and total customer CARING service; think ROSELLE SERVICE CENTER!
When my 1999 Ford Expedition decided to break a valve spring and I took it to Roselle for service there were few options to repair the situation. Mark at Roselle walked me through exactly what had happened. For whatever reason, the valve spring associated with piston number 6 broke. Now I am no auto repair expert, and have limited mechanical understanding about these things as it is, but given the design of the 1999 Ford Expedition in order to get to the spring, the orientation and placement of it would require totally disassembling the engine. This would be a very labor intensive job in excess of 7 hours!! I was looking at a potential $2500 to $4500 repair situation on a truck that although looked great and had only 123K miles on it was only worth about $3500 at the top end.
I WAS SICK! Mark took the time to show me and walk me through all the details of the situations. As well as exactly what needed to be done to correct it. He could see I was sickened with the news and said he wanted to think about the entire situation overnight. The next day we had another conversation and Mark had come up with a very meticulous approach of working around the spring replacement from the top of the cam! Of course, he explained there were no guarantees in this approach but he was going to try in an attempt to save me a lot of time, labor and money.
To top all of this off, Mark had a very difficult time locating a replacement spring. After searching the internet and all local sources he found a spring 40 miles away. He personally drove out to get pick it up… imagine trying to run your business and doing this extra step for a customer and not adding an hour of time to the bill to pick up the repair part!!
Well to make all of this shorter, because I could go on and on about how wonderful this service center is.... HIS APPROACH WORKED!! Total cost of this devastating repair $1045. And the truck runs and is performing excellently!
I will also note that this is not my first time at Roselle Service. Over the last 4 years that my wife and I have moved to Roselle, I have been using Roselle for all out auto repair needs, and every situation has always been over and above service with respect to honesty, straightforward approach and MORE THAN FAIR repairs. I would TRUST both Mark and Mike (the owners) with any vehicle, any time!
I have read the other 2 Google reviews posted here as well and believe me, I don't know where these people went but it surly was not this repair center! Then again some people find fault with any situation that will cost them even one dollar.
Moral of this story; ROSELLE SERVICE CENTER goes THE EXTRA MILE so you and your vehicle CAN GO THE EXTRA MILE!
