I called into O’Reilly’s, and David answered the phone. David wasn’t just polite, but was very assisting very knowledgeable and very quick to find a solution to my problems. I do appreciate all his help and the time that he is given me with direct confident and correct answers we need more people like David. Thank you so much. The experience was Amazing.
This was definitely a unique experience for me. It was cold and snowy the other day and my windshield wiper broke and I went to this O'Reilly's Store in Roselle. Not only did they get me the cheapest one, they put in on for me--in the cold and wind. He wouldn't even take a tip, saying I had to wait too long. It was like five minutes. Great service. Great guy.
I had a great experience! I recently lost a couple hubcaps and i needed help getting the other 2 off and putting my new ones on. I called the store and spoke to Jason to ask if I could stop by for help with them. and he said no problem! He got the 2 off and put the new ones on for me. I went yesterday after work to get my battery tested. It had corrosion on the terminals, I assume battery was bad. But the gentlemen who help me I forgot his name but Hispanic older man with glasses was so helpful! He not only tested the battery and it was good, he cleanup all the corrosion it look brand new. He was the best for helping me out :) please tell him thank you for me I will keep coming back!
This is the best O'Reilly store! Jason (the manager) and his team are awesome! They will go above and beyond to help you out. From running an engine code, filling coolant, recommending a mechanic, and even changing your windshield wipers, they have you covered! Don't go to any other O'Reilly's just go here!
Gave the store a call to see if they could help me out with a battery for my daughters car. They said, no problem - bring it in and we'll take are of it. It was a littler harder than expected, but I was in and out in no time! Thanks to Jason and Rolando for helping this single mom out (who does not know how to change a battery). 5 Stars and I will be back!
This is now going to be one of my favorite O Reilly auto parts places I went today and got the help I needed from the workers especially Carlos his the one that fixed everything for me so if you need something from car parts that’s the place to go
Jason Haslam and Jose Mera went above and beyond to help me out. I was from out of town and in a bit of a bind, but they helped me achieve what I was looking for to get back home safely. Worst experience ever walked in there to buy some things spoke to a dude named Roland or whatever worst attitude ever I don't understand how he has a job there and I had an coupon and wasn't able to use it because it's expired I seriously think being a customer for years you guys need to have better arrangements for this how is a coupon going to expire besides that the attitude they have in this place I seriously think people should go to AutoZone

Very helpful staff. They asked me if I needed help and directed me to the proper aisle immediately when I entered. They also looked up my car info to make sure the part was correct. Would definitely come back if I needed anything car related.
Never ever will I put foot in that store I needed wiper this morning waited for help for almost 15 minutes and the lady in charge was to busy talking to some guy that was obviously discussing personal problems what kind of business is this? Totally disappointing to see this and yes I left without no wipers
I was so pleased with the outstanding customer service I received from Juan. I came in with several questions about various pieces for my car, routine maintenance. Juan was extremely patient and took the time to answer each question. He provided me with the parts I needed along with extra information I didn’t even realize I needed. Best experience I’ve ever had at an O’Reilys.
We pulled into this store's parking lot when my vehicle unexpected sprung a coolant leak, overheated & started smoking. The associates here were so helpful and willing to lend a hand to advise what the culprit could be, let us use their restroom, and let us spend some time in the store while we waited for a tow truck. Just wanted to say thanks for the hospitality and company while we were stranded for a few hours! It was pleasant to see good honest humanity still around for people in need.
Usually hate interactions, cuz i never have any good experiences, but Juan helped me out a lot, knowledgeable, attentive, really cares about the customer. I'll be returning here for auto parts when needed for sure, even though I pass a few other places.
The staff are very kind and helpful. I find the pricing to be a bit better than some other competitors. Juan helped me when I thought I needed a new battery by testing my battery only to discover it was still good, and helped me figure out what possible issue I was having with my car.
Vicky helped me get a set of wipers i bought in the wrong size swapped out with ease. i’ve been going here for years and she is always cool. Vicky, those foam pits are pretty awesome.
Vicky knows what's up. Super helpful and she can find whatever you're looking for. I also personally witnessed her helping an elderly gentleman get all of his parts he ordered to his car because he couldn't carry them with his walker. I always come here now as my first choice for getting my parts.
The store manager at this location was super helpful in testing my dead battery. She even met me at my car to test the alternator and starter. Amazing service and incredibly helpful!!! I highly recommend this location for your car needs.
I called and spoke with Vicky today which was very genuine and filled with laughs! She happily assisted me with details about the Lower Control Arm needed and we agreed on the best cost for the part compared to other Auto Parts Stores. Ordered it 7/8/22 over the phone and will be picking it up early AM 7/9/22

Ben was very very helpful. 10/10 would absolutely go back. I needed the battery changed for my key fob and it was very hard to get it open but Ben spent time and effort to help me. Amazing worker.
The manager was helpful and friendly and had a staff member help me with my car. The staff member gave me tips and explained what he was doing... wonderful customer service. I will make them my #1 for any car accessories or parts or minor repairs.
They are great! Last winter I got stuck with a dead battery. He performed diagnostics in sub-zero weather and replaced my battery. I was on my way quickly. He answered my many questions with a super pleasant demeanor. Love them for making a bad day much easier. Wish I could remember his name; think it was Mark.
This store needs more than one person working. Why offer free wiper blade installation if there is no one that can do it? Told me to wait outside and I waited outside for 1 hour. Do not go here if you need your wipers installed. This was my go to place. Not anymore.
Had to do swap out wiper blades and got a set that did not fit my configuration. Returned the item, got the correct set but the return $ for the first set never got credited back. When I checked my statement and asked for credit, the manager served me with - I was late in claiming it. These blades better last me for years, if they're gonna cost me $60. I could walk to that store but now I'll drive to their competitor.
