This is the most professional, patient, caring, and friendly company I’ve ever dealt with. From the customer service representative who set the appointment, to the movers Shaun & Fernando who were not on time but actually earlier than the appointment time. They did an outstanding job, but what stood out the most was their attitude. The same positive attitude that they greeted me with was the same positive attitude they left me with. They also made sure I didn’t need anything else before they left. I hate that I wasn’t able to tip them, but God has many blessings in store for them. This is a great company and I will recommend to everyone that I know.
Alexis and Brady did excellent work and were very professional and skilled. They were careful and respectful with my home when removing donated items. I would use Junk Luggers again.

After my aunt died, we didn’t know what we were going to do. There was just so much - 3 bedrooms and a basement full. I feel so relieved that her nice furniture and treasures that would couldn’t take will be donated -and all the rest and all that trash are gone too!! Thanks so much to Luke and John who came to clean out the house. They were kind and friendly, worked so hard and didn’t leave until it was all gone. I just can’t say enough. Worth the money and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

I hired the JunkLuggers NW Chicago because of their sterling reputation. Dylan Beck and Mark Jensen came over to remove two flat screen TV's and to dismantle an entertainment center that was housing a 5 part stereo system... all up 3 flights of stairs. It was extremely easy to procure a fair priced appointment through Bob Schmitt and it was only a 2 day notice! The men were ontime, professional, very polite, and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire the Junkluggers again, and I would happily refer others to them. I was extremely pleased!

We needed years of detritus removed prior to the sale of a house. Patrick (and Chris?) called when on their way, showed up promptly at the time predicted, and were extremely helpful, informative, and personable when clearing out the house and garage. They were able to let me know what items would be donated, recycled, and which were probably destined for landfill because there is no-one to take them (mainly baby gear like car seats, bouncers, etc.) I really appreciated their attention to detail, and have already booked them for next weekend to help move some of the remaining items that are too large for my car. Luke, Alex, and Chris were a great team to work with! They made a daunting task manageable. I appreciated their patience and kindness during the process as I wasn't as organized as I hoped before they arrived. They were very professional. I will definitely use their services again if the opportunity arises. I was also impressed with the philosophy of The Junkluggers - selling, donating, recycling, or repurposing what they can to limit what goes into the landfill...as there were many items in my garage that were still in good shape or brand new.
These guys were polite, professional, personable and just great to work with. When I initially contacted them I received a quote and set up a time for them to come by. They arrived on time. They were very careful when removing the items. They were quick as well. The price I paid was lower than what they initially quoted me. I will definitely use these guys again!

We had The Junkluggers out to cart off a very old, very heavy reclining sofa, recliner, a couple of 10x10 rugs, and a window AC unit (perfectly working but not "pretty" so no one else would take it). They were professional, easy to work with and fast. We'd like to say that the price was competitive but we didn't shop around due to needing these items gone. However, if the need arises in the future, we'll definitely keep The Junkluggers in mind.

We wanted to donate some chairs to one of the local charities, The Sharing Connection, (which is a great charity, btw). They would accept one, not the other - they only want gently used for their clients. Junkluggers was one of their 3 recommended partners. We liked them for their Eco emphasis - they don't immediately dump in the landfill. They try to recycle as much as possible.
They were so responsive in communication, on time, flexible, good price wise. They came this past Monday, June 13th, and were very accommodating with us, due to a family emergency that bubbled up for us - they worked around that and hauled off our chair and remaining scrap and e-waste. I found the company from a Google search. Chose them because reviews were good. Scheduled the pickup on their website. They called before they arrived, on time. 2 young men, very polite, professional. agreed on a price in advance. They removed a mattress and box springs, 2 headboards, a glass door, another big piece of glass. They were careful not to mar the walls or furniture. Took 30 minutes max. It cost $299 plus tip. Pretty expensive but they explained the price in advance and it was worth it to know the stuff was probably being donated or recycled. I would definitely hire them again.
Job was to empty out a basement, load furniture in a garage for donations, and then clean out the garage. Guys were professional, courteous, attentive listeners, quickly got the job done. First time to use them, and it won’t be the last! Highly recommend Junkluggers!

The guys were great! Friendly and efficient. When it turned out removing my non-functioning treadmill from my 3rd floor walk up was going to take an extra guy, they called for backups. Two more guys showed up and they disassembled and got the treadmill out and downstairs safely and efficiently. Even with calling in more guys, they didn’t charge me more than what they quoted when they arrived. They also removed a lot of clutter and emptied out my basement storage space. I love the fact that they’ve environmentally friendly and will go through what they hauled out and donate what they can to charity and will send me a donation receipt within 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a similar service!
Junk Luggers were great! I made the call and got an immediate response within the hour. They came out and gave a fair quote and a few hours later took down my trampoline in less than an hour and hauled it away! They were friendly, safe, and cleaned everything up nicely! The experience was great! We were moving and needed to fly out the next day. The other place we had hired didn't show up, so called Junkluggers, and they were quick, efficient, and friendly! They arrived within 15 min of calling them and were done with all of the furniture/appliance removals. They even cleaned up after they loaded everything in the truck! Appreciate them more than I can say, and this move wouldn't have been possible without their help!
