At first, I contacted them for a towing service, but later decided to cancel. The gentleman on the phone was very understanding and agreed to cancel the order without any charge. Throughout our conversation, I could feel his sincerity—he never pressured me to make a quick decision. Instead, he explained my options clearly and was honest about how long it would take for them to arrive. He also reminded me that if the police arranged the tow, it would likely cost twice as much.
In the end, I chose to let the police handle it since it was dark and I didn’t want to block the road any longer. Even so, the gentleman remained polite, honest, and genuinely helpful.

Absolutely Amazing service. Corey was so nice on the phone and kept me posted all day as to when they would arrive all the way up to the last 5 min. He was nice funny and had it done in 15 min. I would recommend this service to anyone and if you have kids that drive give them the number for emergency purposes. The price was cheaper than having the car towed and then paying for another place to put in the battery. Highly recommend!!

We called to have my Mom’s dead car battery replaced at her home. A quote was given in a few minutes over the phone, a text sent verifying battery snd services quoted, and serviceman was arranged to arrive in 30-45 minutes. He was prompt, notified us arriving 5 minutes prior. Service man was courteous, respectful and friendly. He was efficient. Made sure car was working and the radio/electronics all reset properly. Called in the morning technician was very friendly asked the right questions so that when the technician came out they would have the correct battery and confirmed pricing ahead of time. Provided timely text updates as to when tech would arrive which was very helpful. Technician arrived and provided a quick overview of time it would take and asked if I had any questions once the battery was replaced.
I’m not usually one to leave a reviews but these guys are awesome. I got locked out of my car and called 3 other locksmiths before calling these guys - all of them told me they’d get back to me and either cancelled or never called back. It’s a holiday weekend and in the middle of nowhere, which I expected it to be busy, but it still took over 2 hours for anyone to get back to me or for an update. Finally called here and immediately they said they’d get someone here within the hour, were texting me with updates and were super nice once they got here. 10/10 would call again if I ever get locked out again haha

Car problems happen at the worst times, like when you are on a date, out to eat, hanging out Downtown Naperville. Lucky for me, someone said to call Tow Recover Assist and they will take care of me and take care of us they did. I contacted these guys from out of state to assist my 83 yo MIL. There are other services out there but I believe none could top the type of service received from Corey. He was attentive and friendly, offered intelligent troubleshooting and had a willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done right and he did it in a very timely manner - during a huge snow storm. He even scraped her windshield and got her car over the large snow pile behind it. He's top notch and I'd contact him again and again!
Requested the Battery Replacement Service. Tech arrived on-time. Very professional. As a Southern woman living in the Midwest, I have no idea how to properly remove snow from my car. The tech was nice enough to assist me with removing the snow from the hood of my car. Replaced my auto battery within 10mins. Old battery removal was included. Amazing and honest service! My husband’s car didn’t start after we trying the jump start on our own so I called towing recovery service after reading the good reviews. Corey was great to work with. He explained many possibilities and suggested me the best option for my benefit which I really appreciate. And the jump start price was $90 with credit card. I don’t know how much other place charge it but I am thankful that I was able to drive to the auto body shop to find out more because the battery was 2023.
Overall, great experience! They also have body shop in Plainfield called “Last Chance”. I’ll definitely recommend their services if you live near by!
