They did a great job and got my car to start. I will say the service itself was 5/5 even a bit behind schedule. They were knowledgeable and did get the job done. I was a bit put off by the surprise amount of $660. I am taking into account they change both my main and auxiliary battery, however, their website says most battery replacement service cost $160-$250 ( parts, labor, warranty & tax included).
Amazing! There was zero hassle or stress for me. I just texted, set up a time, and waited. They kept me updated on when they were arriving, let me stay inside where it was warm, and were very efficient and nice. I will 100% use them again and recommend to friends.

It was a stressful situation when my car wouldn’t start. I wasn’t sure what the best option was, so I called several places and kept changing my mind.
At first, I contacted them for a towing service, but later decided to cancel. The gentleman on the phone was very understanding and agreed to cancel the order without any charge. Throughout our conversation, I could feel his sincerity—he never pressured me to make a quick decision. Instead, he explained my options clearly and was honest about how long it would take for them to arrive. He also reminded me that if the police arranged the tow, it would likely cost twice as much.
In the end, I chose to let the police handle it since it was dark and I didn’t want to block the road any longer. Even so, the gentleman remained polite, honest, and genuinely helpful.
Two days later, I needed towing again. Because of the great first experience, I called them back. This time, everything went smoothly—the driver arrived on time, was patient, and very professional. I hadn’t discussed the price in advance, but when I asked upon arrival, they quoted a very fair rate.

Absolutely Amazing service. Corey was so nice on the phone and kept me posted all day as to when they would arrive all the way up to the last 5 min. He was nice funny and had it done in 15 min. I would recommend this service to anyone and if you have kids that drive give them the number for emergency purposes. We called to have my Mom’s dead car battery replaced at her home. Car problems happen at the worst times, like when you are on a date, out to eat, hanging out Downtown Naperville. Lucky for me, someone said to call Tow Recover Assist and they will take care of me and take care of us they did. They had someone out to unlock my car door and jump start my battery within 30 minutes. Fair prices, great customer service, friendly technician, highly recommended.
My daughter’s car battery died on Christmas Day (because of course it did). Today I googled a nearby business because I have never had this happen before, and Tow Recover Assist came up. I called, and had an amazing conversation with the person that answered the phone. Amazing and honest service! My husband’s car didn’t start after we trying the jump start on our own so I called towing recovery service after reading the good reviews. Corey was great to work with. He explained many possibilities and suggested me the best option for my benefit which I really appreciate. And the jump start price was $90 with credit card. I don’t know how much other place charge it but I am thankful that I was able to drive to the auto body shop to find out more because the battery was 2023.
Overall, great experience! They also have body shop in Plainfield called “Last Chance”. I’ll definitely recommend their services if you live near by!
