These guys are awesome. I had a car that’s been sitting for sometime on the driveway that’s on air suspension. Since the car was sitting for a long time, the car was completely lowered and made towing difficult. They were able to get it out with out damaging my car. The driver, Ismael was very professional, patient, informative, and accomodating. I spoke to the dispatcher, Joey who arranged for a tow to Mike More Miles for service after my axle broke in a business parking lot. He let me know when they'd have a tow available and we agreed upon a plan (he even contacted the manager at Mike More Miles to make arrangements as well) I was called the morning of with updates and Ismael stayed in contact with me until we arrived at the location where I had initially left my car. I called Ismael and told him the car was gone and I was completely overwhelmed. Ismael went over and beyond during this ordeal and drove me to the impound to pick up my car. He then towed me to Mike and More Miles safely. I can honestly say my safety and resolution to a completely unexpected day of events was of upmost importance. He didn't have to do half the things he did, but I could tell customer satisfaction was very important to him. The company was very solution focused.
Cole came and towed our 2012 Cadillac CTS 4 3.6L and couldn't have been happier with the treatment of our car. Hard to find a good company with good service and a respectful price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Absolutely one of the most professional and personable towing companies I ever went with. I spoke to Corey initially and he was insanely patient, kind, and understanding. Setting up the tow was incredibly easy and quick. Cole arrived with the tow truck and was just as professional and kind. He made sure to take special car of my car and was extremely quick as well. Grapple N Go deserves a 10 star rating for customer service.. I had the worst morning when I realized I lost my car key fob. As you can imagine the dilemma and panic I was in. Joey was FANTASTIC!!!! I had Corey come tow two of my toolboxes together, I was recommended by my boss. We use him to tow our Porsche projects and race cars. Came to my house, picked up everything and made sure it was secure and used his better judgement. He assisted in everything, explained it all. Was a reasonable price, not a massive deal but with towing you want to have a quality safe service rather than price shop. I will be using him in the future to move race/exotic cars and toolboxes!

Corey was not only extremely prompt but also highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I found myself in a real bind, in horrible weather and -10 degree temperatures and Corey's kindness and understanding truly renewed my faith in humanity. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So professional and helpful even in difficult circumstances! On record cold day, our car wouldn't start. Even though we have roadside assistance through insurance and our car manufacturer they were so busy they were only helping people who were in dangerous locations. They told us if we could get a jump/tow they would reimburse us. Our dealer's service recommended Grapple N Go - and we are so grateful they did. Corey was professional, fit us in, communicated with us, dealt with the difficult directions to our home, and made sure we had what we needed for reimbursement.

Corey was the one who came out to help me, and was super professional while being relaxed and confident. Arrived very quickly, and when my car started despite me thinking it needed a jump start, he proposed what might have been another possible cause for it to not start yesterday (frozen fuel lines). Late Sunday night I found myself in a very unfortunate situation on the side of the highway nearly 40 miles from home. I called a few companies in the area and I was greeted by an automated system and stuck on hold for a few minutes or people annoyed to even answer the phone. Corey from Grapple N Go Towing answered the late call and was eager to help me get out of a sticky situation. Corey was kind, professional, friendly, and just an all around great guy who turned a horrible night into a far more manageable one. If I am ever in need of towing services again, I’ll certainly be calling Grapple N Go first.

Fantastic service and dedication. I was dead stuck on a busy highway and they scooped me up really fast. The driver was courteous and professional even when I lacked common sense on the road. By far the best service I've ever gotten. The owner is professional on the phone and made sure I was okay.

I needed to have my car towed to the local dealership and I called Grapple n Go towing. No only were their prices very fare they showed up early. Cory was a pleasure to deal with. If you need a tow, don't hesitate to call. You won't be disappointed.
Pricing, professionalism, and attentiveness was above and beyond. I ordered a Chobar’s tow service before contacting because I needed to be out of the highway and the driver I got was nothing compared to Grapple N Go. Not only was Grapple N Go less expensive, they also dropped my car off to WHERE it needed to be delivered. Unlike other tow services that weren’t available, or only stayed local to their area. Grapple N Go picked me up from Bolingbrook and dropped me off in Lisle. The other tow service Chobar’s in Plainfield only wanted to stay within a certain area, which is absurd. Please use Grapple N Go, they are extremely professional and helpful when you need it the most. I will refer them to everyone I know that needs a tow service in DuPage county. Corey was an extremely nice guy too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great service and people.
