I had a good load of clean, pristine, extruded aluminum been saving it for almost a year not even one galvanized screw to be found but boy are they are creative. They misrepresented the tare weight and I ended up with about 30 net pounds from my estimate of close to 70# You have no recourse because by the time you see the printout, your product is gone Greedy !!!!!

They are very helpful. If you get your truck or trailer in the right spot they will unload it for you with the machines. They give a fair price for the scrap

Great people. They've always been friendly and willing to help there. Best pricing for scrap metal around the area as well. They've also given great advice on how to clean the metal to get the most for it.

Excellent place to go to turn in scrap metals for recycling! Helpful staff, friendly, easy process, good prices on scrap metals with a nice facility. Even have a nice cat "Mr Noodles" who will help you unload your scrap.

Great bunch of guys and they really get the job done! Office ladies are friendly and get u in and out quickly.

Simple fact is I ran like a madman to get my trailer loaded hooked up before everybody closes at 4 very because then they stop accepting people and is now a quarter till 4 and I'm ready glad that some companies realize the day doesn't always end the way you wanted to thank you recycling

We went to T&T to see what treasures we could find that someone had thrown out as junk. Our main intentions was to find some old cast iron skillets, pots and pans. We made it clear that we were looking for such items and anything neat. After spending about an hour digging, wading through ankle deep mud and water, we didn't find any cookware but did find an old hay trolly, some old pitch forks and some mechanics tools such as sockets and wrenches. When we get up front they, made me stand off to the side while the track down the owner. After about 10 minutes they tell us that the owner does not want to sell any of the tools or antiques. I then proceed to explain to them that we dug all the tools out of the mud from under other junk as well as the other stuff that we found buried and If we hadn't, they wouldn't have known it was there and now after we did all the work, they want to keep the findings for themselves. If they had made this clear up front we would never had wasted our time to find the treasures for them to keep. Their only reply was, it's their business and that's the way they run it and I can go open my own recycling if I didn't like it. Very poor customer treatment. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and will never do business with them again in Hurst or Benton IL.
