There is exactly one other man who is allowed to touch my truck- his name is Cliston and he drives a flatbed. He is quite literally the only tow truck driver I will ever call. If I broke down outside of his range, I’d push the car until it was in range, and then I’d call Cliston.

I locked both sets of keys to my car inside the car. I work in a grocery store Mr. T heard me saying that I locked my keys in my car. He was so compassionate and caring helped me get my keys. If you need any help this is the Company to call.
After calling vendor after vendor and being refused service by Fire Towing, Action picked up the phone right away, was very professional and so was the gentleman who operated the truck. Overall great experience, highly recommend for towing services.

Action towing did a phenomenal job that left me very satisfied. The young man, Dan. arrived on time as promised. He took great care to secure the car without creating any scratches, wrote up the details on the ticket for insurance purposes, and dropped the car off at the mechanic. Help arrived in around 45 minutes which I consider fast! The tow truck driver was very friendly as we drove together to the Mechanic's shop and we had a pleasant conversation. It was $175 from hillside by I290 and 45 going up to downers Grove main street and 63rd basically. I picked this company by my mechanic's recommendation because of where I live and it was a fair price in my opinion.
Towed my car after an accident and were very helpful when my mom went to go get my belongings out of it. They let her warm up her hands in their bathroom when it got too cold out and they personally got the plates off the car themselves when she realized she didn't have a screwdriver. The two men who assisted were very nice and so helpful!
