I must say O’Hare Towing is Simply Thee Best (that’s right Thee Best) Towing Transporting company I have ever hired, called or dealt with in general. They were very helpful from start to finish.
If you are on the fence about who to hire or talk to about your transportation project, like I was. LOOK NO FURTHER. O'hare Towing is the company for you.
So I have called a lot of towing and transportation companies in the ILLINOIS area and across the nation, looking for some who could pick up (2) 40ft containers and take them from one lot to another lot across town. Had a lot of unprofessional, rude, text me, go online to get a quote etc. type of companies. These were the small, Big and super big towing companies. There were 2 big companies that took on the project and backed out at the last minute and didn’t return calls after I had setup everything for pickup and drop off. Very unprofessional of those other companies. I honestly was getting nervous that no one could handle the project, (not because they were 40ft containers but where they would have to be picked up from (Chicago inner city Heavy Traffic with Containers in a tight spot on a Main Street) plus dropping it off in a 25 x 100ft lot.
But to God be the Glory! I emailed a company and they told me about O'hare Towing. I called O'hare and was VERY PLEASED with the Service, Kindness, Price, and Professionalism they offered and best of all they keep it easy and honest with me, they didn’t complicate it, or jack up the price. Get this GAVE ME A DISCOUNT on top of all of that because of a special. Beat the price of all the other towing companies and out matched them on service and experience.
From beginning to end the service was spot on. Special Thanks to Arie, Amy, Julie handling the calls and setting things up.
Super Special Thank You to Micheal TEE BEST TOW and TRANSPORTER DRIVER. The guy was so excellent and committed to service and safety that I tried to tip him twice and he wouldn’t take it. He was so Great and honest, I thought he must been sent from God. If you saw this pick up and drop off, you too would know and respect the Greatness of a True Driver committed to knowing his duty and ability without forgetting safety first. Mike has Serious Skills plus he has a Great attitude and Great Energy.

This place is absolutely the worst for towing cars. I called to retrieve my belongings, only to be told to drive all the way out here, only to find out I can’t get my glasses or my keys. Avoid this company at all costs! They are terrible to deal with and take advantage of people in difficult situations.

Predatory and Unaccountable
O’Hare Towing hit us with outrageous fees after we acted on a legitimate recommendation. No transparency, no willingness to discuss—just take it or leave it.
They act like they're above questioning, likely because of their direct contracts with counties and municipalities. It’s a setup that leaves small businesses powerless and exploited.
We won’t be using them again—and if you value fairness, you shouldn’t either.
Super rude and unprofessional. My truck slide off from highway and got stock during snow storm I called towing been waiting for them but this company show up and I never called O’Hara towing looks like they been passing by , they pulled and took my truck to yard instead of just let my driver go there wasn’t any damages at all I don’t know what is reason to hold truck ,also I been waiting invoice for week and I got charged for that as well , refuse them and better wait for another towing, Feels like they just take advantage of people. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them or work there. Avoid this company. And they have 4.8 stars on google that’s impossible
On Jan 17th my car was towed to ohare towing . I had personal belongings in my vechicle which in numerous occasions I wasn’t allowed access to the car ( which I am pretty sure it’s illegal . ) they only wanted me
To get Essential things such as my son car seat which I don’t know if they were clueless or just plain dumb but I couldn’t use the car seat after I had an accident
The employees there were rude as hell and it turns out they auction off my car without me knowing so now I have to go searching for all

Stay away from ohare they treat you dirty in regards to your own vechicle and even personal items . Alll the employees except Ted who has given better treatment are rude and shouldn’t even be in a job where they have to deal with the public .
Do not use this towing company! They damaged the radiator on my truck while towing it to truck repair shop.The guy in the claims office took over a week to call me back with resolve. Once he called, he did apologize for the delay, but immediately after, he denied it was their fault. Because of the damage to the radiator, the truck repair shop would not be drive my truck into their bay so, I had to have a different towing company pull my truck into the truck repair shops bay. I called O'hare Towing which refused to tow and refused to cover the expense of a tow inside the shop...they also refused to cover the expense of the rental vehicle. My truck failed to start because of the extremely cold condition that morning and only required a fuel filter change that's a 15 min job. In the end they only covered the radiator after seeing the pictures I took showed it was their fault. They left me holding additional $2k bag and I paid them over $1.2k for their service. What a rip off. I would've given this company 0 stars.
Coop at Fairmont was great. Jamie at Downers Grove was horrible. Held my daughters things so we couldn't get them. She was very uncooperative and liked the fact that she was really making the accident much worse.
Ohare trucking is the biggest crook and dishonest towing company in Illinois , I had an accident and a fuel spill that was not large, they had 2 flat beds come out with like 10 bags of oil dry each and towed my truck charging me a total of over 7k. They dragged my truck ,they don't try to help you out they just want your money . They have no respect for others equipment.
My car was vandalized in they’re possession when I mentioned it before I left the lot they laughted and they told me to put in a claim I did and I’ve been ignored for almost a month now I will be making a report with better bussiness bureau as well refrain from doing business with these guys !
Lady at Downers Grove this morning was amazing! Super calm, knowledgeable, professional, she help explain, zero issues. After hearing so many bad stories about (in general) tow places, this place is exceptional to the rule I guess. People make the difference!
I spoke with Frank the following morning of my accident and he was clear and compassionate in providing next steps. I met him several hours later to give signature for release and again he walked me through what comes next. Very professional and kind. Excellent customer focus and service. I really appreciated him and he truly is an asset to your organization.
$765 tow that was 6 miles and 8 minutes away. Got charged for "3 hours" from Port to port. They also sent the wrong truck the first time. Probably making up for that. Their shop is 15 minutes to the tow site, 10 minutes to the mechanic and 15-20 minutes back to shop plus loading and unloading. All in maybe 1.5 hours and that's being super generous. Even the rep said it's a joke and apologized but said it is what it is... And $30 for tolls that the driver didn't go on and $140 for fuel. I did the math, it was 22 miles "port to port" and they probably charge the next customer same thing. Double charge on each trip.... Will be filing a BBB claim.
Double the price of all three places i called to tow my truck. Picked up a motorcycle today and whole gas tank was missing. What joke of a company's lack of taking advantage of people's misfortune. Get in an accident and not even covering up an item knowing if they leave it outside will cause water damage.
I got a flat on I-294 Saturday early morning hrs of 1am. Order roadside assistance thru my TESLA app. Ohare Towing brought out Loaner Tire relatively quick, with in 1 hr of the call. Jerome, the tow truck driver installed the loaner front wheel and then proceeded to roll my flat wheel down to the back of his tow truck and carelessly lets my wheel go and drops the wheel on it face. Causing curb like scrapes and scratches all over my rim. I confronted him about the situation showed body language that he could care less. If I had known any better as a new tesla owner I would recorded the incident. Jerome said that Tesla would replace the wheel as a whole and it’s obviously not true. I have provided pictures to show proof of damages. I do not recommend service from this company.
$10,000 for a coolant leak!!! FRAUD!!!!! Pay attention to your invoices!!! Horrible big mouth lady who answers the phone and does not stop talking. Was so rude and disrespectful, I think Ari was her name. She would start yelling on the phone and wouldn't even let you get a word in because we questioned the charges. We spoke to a few different people, one guy said his managers name was April, then someone else said there is no one there by that name. They are always rushing you off the phone, told us for a week straight they were sending our invoice and within that week our repairs went from 8k to 10k. $10,000 for a coolant leak!!! We finally got the invoice and they won't even explain what all the costs are. Spoke to shop manager, found out we were double charged for a part, and now they want us to pay $800 storage fee for not paying yet since the truck is finally ready they say after being there a month.

Good Sam sent me O’Hare towing. It took a while to get a truck to me but, Eric was fantastic. He is smart, professional, courteous and a real credit to your company. Personally, if I were you I’d give him a raise.
Eric also had Miguel assist with transportation for my family. He was also a real gentleman and a pleasure to be around.

I couldn't have had a better experience. From the dispatcher who was so patient and helpful to the driver (Larry from Melrose Park), who came to my aid within 20 minutes of my call, O'Hare Towing exceeded my expectations. Larry even made a return trip to the dealership when I accidentally left my keys in the truck. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this company.
Driver was outstanding. He made sure my wife and 3 month old were safe and not taken advantage of at the dealership he had to tow my car to. My wife said had he not waited and expressed his concerns, she would not have had our car fixed right away. Because of his kindness, my wife and 3 month old were able to drive home in our vehicle same morning.

Great service! The driver was extremely helpful and despite the cold weather, was cheerful and courteous. He was very careful and concerned that my car would not be damaged when he hooked it up. All in all, a good experience (apart from my car breaking down, of course).
