Marlo and Alberto from the West suburbs came out in a timely manner and picked up all of the debris that was left over from someone dumping furniture couches mattresses etc on my property. They were very efficient and knew their job very well because the way they packed that truck it was like this was not their first go-around.

Agreed upon price with DiMarlo was $150.00 to haul a mattress, small desk and a small printer box. We even helped him carry the load to his truck because he was a 1 man crew. After the credit card went through, I noticed he changed the price to $160.00. I normally use 1-800 junk. After this (slight of hand maneuver), I'll go back to their competitor. This morning, i received a text message from Sarah (Owner) in regards to the service i received. She was concerned if any miscommunication had occurred the day of service on price. She was very cordial and concerned about Customer Service that was received. She offered to make things right to my satisfaction and i promised her that i would edit my review to state her great solution to the miscommunication of the previous day. I would definitely hire Junk King for future needs. I was very happy that DiMarlo came the same day that I called. Service was prompt. Thanks again Sarah
So easy to schedule on-line. I sent pictures and got an estimate within half an hour. Was given a call shortly before arrival. Marlo and Alberto were friendly and polite and made quick work of getting all our junk on the truck. This is the third time I used Junk King. I will definitely use them again!

These guys were phenomenal. They went way above what junk kings promises. I asked them to load the tv into my car cause of my bad back. They obliged. I was really really really impressed and the price was great. They said they would donate the couch to charity and that's what i asked. 5 star rating.
Had a chance to use these firm because of past good reviews. The reviews were spot on. Their text based service for request was so easy to use. I had a special request and they were able to accommodate it. They communicated via text regularly to remind me of the actual day. On the actual day, the actual movers called me to ask if I can do early as they were already in the neighborhood, and I could, so they showed up in about 5 minutes. They explained clearly their rates (very comparable to others or even better), and gave them the go signal. I only had about half a truck of load, and they were done like 15 minutes. Quick and easy. I told them I have more stuff to haul like big heavy furnitures, so they gave me coupons for next time. These guys are great. Definitely try them if they are available in your neighborhood. High recommendations!
1st visit. Very nice removed the stuff I had, and I plan on have my shed done next. They all were easy to talk too, and very friendly.
2nd visit, As I promised, once I got my permit, I had Junk Kings return and they did a great job removing my shed, both these men's work was professional, they did a great job. If I need this type of work I hope I get the same two professionals. Owning a home, means, I'll be calling then again.

I’ve used Junk King several times now. Never have been disappointed. I had an 8 person hot tub to be removed. In an out in an hour. The crew called before arrival. And on time. Quality work.
