RUDE! I went to the location to get my personal belongings from my vehicle and was greeted by a very rude tow truck driver who was confrontational from the beginning and wouldn't allow me access to their yard. He said they were closed and I would have to return during business hours. We returned during normal business hours, I'm a disabled veteran and parked in a handicap space. I went into the office and spoke to a young lady who was very nice. I heard a commotion outside and walked outside and observed another rude tow truck yelling at my wife to move our vehicle even though it was legally parked. A gentleman from the office stepped out and calmed the driver. I was allowed access to my vehicle and retrieved my belongings. When we tried to leave we discovered we were locked in the yard. I had to call the business number for someone to come back and open the gate for us. Horrible experience with Bloomingdale Towing and recovery. I guess a prerequisite of the job is to be rude. I will never use their services!!! Customer service is definitely not one of their strong points.
