I called Top Notch Towing to pick up a very rare 1977 Lincoln Mark V. The car is very long and can bottom out during flat bedding. I admit Top Notch towing also shows over 50 5 Star reviews on here. Joe was in constant communication and he knows what he is doing. My Mark V was delivered with out a hitch! Get it hitch! Hahah Thanks Joe for excellent service. I got broke down on the side of 290 about 1:30am, I reached out to Joe he was on site before 2:00am I was worried from the start since i have a special edition vehicle but Joe was actually awesome he was very careful loaded and unloaded it with out any damage, his pricing was competitive also! Omg Joesph is amazing. He’s definitely my go to guy for a tow. He’s excellent, fast and reliable. He towed my 3 wheeler spider bike earlier this year. He even waited at the dealer to make sure the techs moved my bike properly and didn’t cause any damages. Also took pictures of every move lol. I called him yesterday not knowing this was the same company from before. He has great memory. He reminded me that I used his company before. Usually you have to wait hours for a tow service. I called him last minute and he was to me within 30 minutes. Great service. I highly recommend Top Notch Towing and Recovery. He towed my bike to my winter storage without me being present. Followed directions for storing it and completed the job.

My car broke down on Rte 83 just south of Lake St on a Sunday afternoon. I had my daughter and dog in the car, the battery was DEAD. We had nowhere to get out of the car and it was getting hotter and hotter in the car.
I called Top Notch based off of a quick, panicky Google search and my god am I glad that I did. I called, and the driver answered. He was super nice and polite. He got there in no more than 10 minutes, and just got right to work. He let my daughter sit in the truck to cool off while he got everything loaded. Then he drove us back to Schaumburg to drop the car off at the dealership.
The truck was super clean, the driver was super nice, everything went super smoothly. I could not be more satisfied with the service in what is an incredibly frustrating and anxiety-ridden situation.

Got a flat tire on the side of I-90 near O'Hare. Called Top Notch, they said they could be out in 30 minutes. They made it out faster than that, were very efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would recommend calling them if you find yourself in a bind like I did.
