3 cars took there all misdiagnosed problems never fixed a single issue all still have same problems warranty work that they did originally I only received 60% of my money back after the part they fixed went out 2 days later 200 miles away had to pay for it all out of my pocket again plus a tow bill they did as little as they could to fix the problem

redline has always been a great local business I have had 2 autos worked on. And also the state of the art diagnostic equipment is top notch in diagnosing your auto troubles. Quick service fast oil changes great place to get tires and I purchased a vehicle from them. It’s an older vehicle and RLA has been the only mechanic to work in this vehicle It’s in great shape I like their no nonsense way of doing business they are budget friendly but work hard for the money Trusted, reliable, and the front desk person is great at keeping things organized. And taking care of phone calls, scheduling and making sure you get fast friendly service!
Redline is not a good place to go if you are low income and need assistance. They will lie to you and say they will take your assistance and then REFUSE to take your assistance AFTER the work is complete, and YOU'LL be stuck with the bill based on whether or not THEY think you deserve it!! As if THEY have the right to make that decision!! Maybe I should say SHE, because it seems there is a female there who is running things now. It's discrimination at its finest!! If you're okay with discrimination, go there! If you're not... don't waste your time or money with them. Personally, I wouldn't give them a dime! Not with that woman in the mix. She's very rude and unprofessional.
My car was stranded in Chicago and Mark walked me through all of the chaos. The Chicago dealer wanted to charge me a minimum of $600 just to review the problem. Mark got my car fixed for $75! He is the real deal! Thanks Red Line!

Terrible service from them and when I called them they decided they wanted to cuss at me For no reason!! Would never recommend them to anyone and I will NEVER deal with them again EVER!!
