I wish I could give 5 stars. I loved the store itself, nice selection of clean items and great prices, but the woman who checked us out was incredibly rude. I was so dumbfounded by her remark, I couldn't even think of a reply. I should have left my items on the counter and walked away. I would like to shop there again, but if I see that same woman at the register, I will leave.
I wish I could give 5 stars. The shop is great but the person working the check out was quite rude to me. I was being pleasant during the check out process but she met every comment or question with rudeness. I declined to purchase two items and she said I needed to go put them back on the shelves and when I acted surprised she was very rude about it. Then when I set out to put the items back she yelled, "You're going the wrong way!" Very negative experience and a sad testimony for a store that is supposed to be a charity.
The old, mean, battle-axe that works the front desk is very rude. Everytime I have entered your facility, she is very unwelcoming. I, like everyone else, have children and they stay with me at all times. She follows people in the store and makes a person feel not welcomed. Not sure if it is because i have children with me or not? I promise you this time I will not return.
Unfortunately, it seems that this shop has also been affected, or donations are way down. Typically, would spend half hour browsing their used Christian book selection; however, the shelves were barely covered. Perhaps this may be for a better reason. Maybe inspiration is filling more homes and lives this time of year! People if you are looking to, "clean the clutter," going in to the New Year, consider the thrift shop for your donations!
Very clean and neatly organized!! Nadine is a sweet heart that could light up the darkest night with her beautiful smile!! Prayers go out to her during this difficult time she is going through. I Always shop here. I love donating to them to help with their mission of teaching people about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Much love and keep up the great work!
Great selection, many categories of items - womens, mens, holiday/seasonal, kitchen, books, housewares - just tons of stuff. Super helpful and friendly volunteers. There are often special discounts too. Well worth the trip!
Very nice shop. All items were nicely organized, clean, and very reasonably priced. The day I was there a certain tag color of clothing was 50 cents. I found a piece of vintage pottery for 4 dollars. Score! :)
This is just the BEST THRIFT STORE I HAVE EVER NEEN TO. Everything priced great, the store is nice and clean and everything in the store is really nice to buy. Will come back!!!!!
