They're very kind, and this is coming from a "customer" who woke up to find her car gone on two separate occasions.
The first time was at the fault of my apartment complex and they had to release my car so I could get it back free of charge, and this time it was partially my fault, but also might have been my apartment management's fault, again (careful with your car at suburban apartments, their policies and timing are awful. I'm one of 3 adults in a 3 bed unit and we're only allowed to buy 2 parking passes.) I had updated my parking pass with my new plate info last night, I'm not sure if it was before or after my car was towed, but even if it was before it was towed the complex still hasn't accepted my update and probably won't until Monday. I do wish that they accepted credit cards, but I'd still call them if I ever actually need, and choose to have my car towed.
They come and take your car without notice and no signage. How is that even possible. Plus they said, cash only for this type of towing. Really!. They know what they are doing is ilegal. Predatory business. Taking money away from people for no reason.
Accurate towing was amazing from start to finish. I am not sure of the name of the dispatcher who picked up the phone but she was absolutely amazing. She was kind and thorough. I had to reschedule my tow for the next day and they were able to accommodate that and the person I got on the phone that time was also very kind and helpful. I got a call from Scott the next day and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. I have an EV that’s not a Tesla so it’s kind of newer to the car world. The price was manageable, the people were great and I would 10/10 recommend this tow company to anybody. I never thought I would say I would recommend a tow company but accurate towing is amazing.
Company responded in a fair amount of time. Driver was professional and an expert in his job, very skilled. Great service, reasonable rate and good service. Would use again.

Police partner with companies like this to extort money out of poor people.

It's embarrassing but I didn't know my license was somehow still suspended after I paid off a ticket and the reinstatement fee but they were called to tow it. They towed my BMW and the person who towed it obviously is under experienced or just didn't give a damn because you can only tow a BMW with a tow hook that screws into the front or rear bumper that when I had car problems and had to have it towed a couple years ago the guy absolutely knew about but this guy was trying to hook it up to the axle which will severely damag a BMW. Whatever he did caused my radiator hose to come off and cracked my passenger side mirror.
We had a great experience with Ron at Accurate Towing. Ron arrived when he said he was going to and he was friendly/helpful.
Accurate towing pricing is also fair. I was stuck in a situation in the middle of nowhere. Accurate Towing gave the price right away and honestly I was expecting more. I know other tow truck companies would charge you an arm and a leg.
This review is for ownership. The local office was fine. The lady on the phone was genuinely sympathetic. The guy that met me at the tow yard was just doing his job. But ownership... you should be ashamed of yourselves. My HOA is literally the worst and had my car towed. I called to make arrangements to get my car and spoke with the lady at the Sycamore office. It costed more than the crappy 2001 beater was worth to get it out. I know that's your livelihood and how you support your family. Yes, the car was junk. It had a leaky tire and expired plates. Life keeps getting more expensive. Being poor is already hard. Predatory businesses really don't need to make it any harder, but I digress. I'm a stay at home mom with a 2yo and 4yo. That car was my ability to take my kids to the park or run to the store or, forbid... to the hospital in an emergency. My fiancé works 2nd shift and now I have no way to leave our neighborhood. The lady on the phone (I'm so sorry I never got her name... she was the only person with a soul throughout this whole endeavor) told me she wished she could help but there was nothing she could do. She had to charge what the charges were or she'd lose her job. She couldn't even put me in contact with someone who could make the decision to be a decent human being and show leniency... he wouldn't hear it.
So. Owner of Accurate Towing... if I'm the type of person you profit from, appalling. I would give your business zero stars if I could. Have the day you deserve.
My tow was very well taken care of. Aj was knowledgeable at his job easy to talk to and made sure I knew I could get repayed by my insurance company. Thanks for getting me and my car home safely
This company was awesome!! I broke down today and waited 4 hours for my dealership service, finally called them after I called for the reimbursement check and Accurate was there in 20 minutes and got me taken care of in 30 for a good price! They are amazing and the lady who took my phone call was helpful and sweet!
I really must give credit where it’s due, the team I spoke with this morning was absolutely stellar they provided nothing but spectacular customer experience!
As a struggling single mother of four trying to get to work on time and in need of a jump start speaking with Tiffany and Adam assuring me they would be here in no time to get me back on the road & headed into work!
The driver Aaron was also awesome and courtesy with time and efficiency! He made sure to let me know to keep my car running for an additional 20 minutes and to start it again during the day to ensure my battery is back to normal.

I told them my air suspension was blown and the car was bottomed out. They said they weren’t sure if they could tow it but they would come take a look free of charge. The last company I called charged me 80 dollars to come see it, and they said it was not towable. Not only did accurate take a look at my situation for free but they brought the right equipment to tow my car to the dealer. Extremely happy with them. Would recommend over all other local companies.
I was in a bind and called for help. The lady who took my call was extremely nice and helpful and was able to get someone out to me in less than 30 minutes. The guy that came out was very professional but also extremely nice and friendly. I really appreciated great and quick service from start to finish.
I would just like to congratulate Sophie Olson for being recused by an amazing company in negative degree weather with 30 mph winds that the weather reports have been mentioning for weeks. The men and women who risk driving in those conditions do just that, take a risk and may or may not need to be pulled out of a ditch. The cost of that should be more than $450 because you are now having someone else drive risking their own life to save you. Thank you Accurate towing and recovery for all you do to help dumb people. Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Dispatch was friendly and helpful despite it being horrible weather and a high-frequency call period. The tow tech, Aaron, arrived earlier than expected and was friendly, kind, and professional. He was helpful despite difficult circumstances - a really nice human being. I would highly recommend this company.
I would like to thank the Accurate Towing and Recovery Team involved with taking my car into the dealership for repairs. Having a car with less than 10K miles on it totally go berserk in this arctic freeze that we have been thrown into was a little disturbing to me! Adam to the rescue with the transport and thank you Aaron for initializing the transport of my baby! Please all stay safe in the severe weather we have been thrown into.

Went to drive in to work this morning only to realize that my breaks were freezing up on me. Called Accurate towing from a recommendation from my mechanic "Bill White's Car Hospital in Dekalb". The dispatcher who answered the phone was polite and understanding. The tow truck driver "Aaron" showed up in 30ish min and was extremely polite and a pleasure to chit chat with; as he loaded up my car and took us both to my mechanic. No one ever wants to deal with needing a tow, but if you do find yourself needing too I would strongly recommend reaching out to Accurate towing. It was $121.00 and I felt it was more then worth it to try and avoid doing any more damage to my car. Thank you too for the wedding venue idea's Aaron! Aaron came and towed my lowered car off of I88 this morning. He was quick to arrive, exceptionally professional and a joy to talk with. I would not hesitate to recommend Accurate to anyone I know.

I've used accurate towing many times over the last several years for multiple vehicles. The drivers are always prompt and courteous. Trucks are clean. Prices are fair. Always a good experience. If you need a tow or roadside assistance, I highly recommend these guys.
Aaron was a huge help in getting our van out of several feet of snow! The company quoted us at 2 hours wait time but Aaron showed up in 35 minutes to save us. We are so grateful to be safe and headed back home. Thanks for the excellent service!
I called Accurate to get a quote because my car was stuck on the side of the road with a busted tire. Within 20 minutes they dispatched TJ to come get our car. He was on time, polite, friendly, and very professional. He hooked up our car quickly but carefully, and got us where we needed to go safely. He was very pleasant to talk to, and the quote that Accurate gave us was more affordable (and dispatched faster) than any other local towing services. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
I have used Accurate towing quite a few times and they are always very prompt and professional and helpful. I will not use any other tow service. As a woman sometimes I am very leary about my safety and who I call and I have only had wonderful experiences with them. I have had Aaron a couple times now and he is always so helpful but so are the others I have had. I know my car is in good hands with them! I highly recommend them!
My pickup overheated on I-88 and I called Accurate to tow it to my house near Malta. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call. I was back home and in my alternate car within one hour of my call. TJ was the driver and he was very pleasant and worked like a pro. He treated me with respect and placed my pickup in the exact spot I requested with no problems. I highly recommend these folks!

I had run over something in the road and needed to have my car towed.. I was referred to Accurate and was extremely happy with the service. The girl that answered the phone was very polite, told me she would get someone to me right a way, she called 15 minutes later to let me know that the driver would be there any minute and as we were speaking he pulled up. Price was very fair will definitely use again!!
