Genoa Motors is fantastic! I brought my car in for an oil change without an appointment and they fit me in. They drove me 12 blocks, to and from my PT appointment too. When it was done, they told me that I had driven in on a flat tire. They plugged the hole for me too. And to top it off, there was NO CHARGE! I’d

I bought a vehicle from Mike at a good price. Had a minor issue with the battery a few days later and he replaced it free of charge. Another serious issue occurred that couldn’t have been foreseen by anyone. He went above and beyond to get my car repaired including giving me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. His technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable to get any repair done. Bottom line is he told me what he’d do if I had an issue and he made good on his word. I’d definitely recommend doing business with him for purchasing a used car or having repair work done.
Came in with a flat, had no appointment. They were able to put my spare on and help me within such a short time. Not even from Genoa, they helped me without any hesitation. I highly recommend, there is better place than here. All the other places in town had 1/2 hour wait time
As a parent of a new driver, I was worried my 17-year-old son might be taken advantage of due to his lack of car knowledge. But from the start, I felt a strong sense of trust with this shop. The team is professional, transparent, and genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to explain things clearly, didn’t push unnecessary services, and their pricing was great. It’s clear they value long-term relationships over quick profits. I wouldn’t hesitate to send my son back on his own—knowing he’s in good hands.
Don't ever go here. They sold me a battery and install for over $200. Made it to work and broke down again only to determine it was the alternator that they had misdiagnosed.
Got an estimate for front brakes and rotors for over $600. I am now elsewhere getting it done for $360.
Besides when you're in their office, you're being suffocated by the employee's cigarette smoke!!
Total ripoff and the place is a literal dump.
I called Genoa Motors for help with an issue on our car, asking how much it would cost to take a look and analyze what the issue was. The response was absolutely nothing, which, after calling several dealers and being told $190 to look at the car, I was very happy with. They were able to fix the issue and so far so good. To add to the service, they took the time to help me find a replacement side mirror and didn't rake me over the coals to replace it. Will recommend Genoa Motors to anyone in the area that needs service.
This is a fantastic business to work with! I brought my truck in to them for a difficult noise. When their initial diagnosis and repair didn’t fix the problem, they worked hard to figure it out and were able to fix it. They were extremely fair with their labor prices, very communicative and friendly, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of given the run around like I’ve experienced at other auto repair shops. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future!
I have been here twice and both times have had amazing service, they have mounted and balanced tires for me on two occasions and each time they were fast, polite, knowledgeable and extremely fair on pricing. I highly recommend!

I brought in my sons 93 Ford F150 with a broken gear shifter. The worry of a painful bill haunted me the entire weekend.
I called on Monday morning and was immediately put to ease. Even with the repair needing to be completed by early Wednesday for a test my son needed to do. I dropped it off that night after hours.
These guys did everything they could by calling multiple places to get parts so my son could have his truck back to go to school Wednesday night.
These gentlemen put in the even with an unexpected delay to deliver by their promised time.
I couldn't ask for better customer service than I received with these guys.
I will be coming back for any repairs in the future with these guys.

Great service department. Called at the last minute for some repairs to be made on a holiday week. They were really busy. But still got me in right away!! Definitely recommend for all your automotive repairs
The customer service far exceeded my expectations! I went in for a wheel alignment, they were fast extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I even had a problem with my key fab the owner went above and beyond to help out with that! I will definitely be going back, customer for life! 1000% recommend!

Highly recommend! These past few weeks Mike and his crew have fixed the exhaust on my daughter's car, checked a leaky tire, and are now putting 4 new tires on my truck. They have been there to help me through urgent repairs. These guys are friendly, honest, fairly priced and quick. They even took the time to explain everthing to me and show me the repair work. Great place! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Just got all 4 tires, front brakes done. The person who did my tire rotation last year completely jacked my lug nuts up, Genoa Motors repair was able to fix all the issues and I couldn't be happier!! Great work done and great people and even better was a great price.
