Hello, I want to mention that at this location I have seen the manager argue with the customers many times, senseless fights that have ended up resulting in expulsions where this person tells them not to return to PICK-N-PULL without any reason. It is very wrong for her to run the mechanics, what are we going to buy parts from her? A manager like that causes significant losses to the store. The owner should be stricter with the management of employees who want to put their personal methods in place. This type of manager causes losses with the parts that we buy from the store. The managers who run the customers are not going to buy the parts that the customers buy from PICK-N-PULL.

$2 entrance fee. The car selection is vast and varries. I found what I was looking for, some of the smaller pathways (Isles) between the front of the cars- not behind them need to be cleaned up a little. I lucked out there was not any puddles and it had raind the day before. Thank you for keeping the lot dry.

Lio made sure my visit to pick n pull summit was absolutely fantastic he was very professional informative and was overall very helpful and friendly

Great selection but the prices are absurd. Pulled several parts off an old Cherokee XJ and they wanted more than new on most of them! $350 for a radiator, radiator fan, coolant resivoir, 2 plastic trim pieces, and gauge cluster. Just put everything back but the plastic trim. Total waste of time

They don't update inventory don't waste your time going thinking the vehicle is going to be there because is not this happens a lot the vehicle won't be there

Worse place ever!!! They never answer and when they do they give you wrong information. I drove over an hour to be told that the car was smashed when it shows on their website that the vehicle was there…. Before driving over an hour I called and was told the car was there…

I had a very a bad experience. They do not bring new cars and from the ones in there is nothing to take any more.

Horrible service the woman who answered the phone would not put management on the call, kept ignoring my calls lying at 3:48p saying the manager is on lunch and they close at 5p I inquired about a part on a vehicle & she ignore my request when I explain that she was charging the same price for the part brand new, she asked someone in the back and they continuously ignored my calls afterwards

It’s like a candy store for DIYers. Took a while to check out as there were lots of people but the sales people were very nice.

Very respectful, I'd like the junkyard. Some parts are cheaper than the others

The guy was nice when I called and they had the part, a bumper for a 2012 Toyota Corolla but it was just $3 less expensive than ordering a new replacement. I feel like they should maybe adjust prices to market value.

Place is trash and full of disappointment. Ppl are too lazy to check down an aisle if a part is there or not to save a customer hours. Wouldn't recommend.

Over priced and rude. Tried getting parts for a 1998 s10 and could get them brand new for less than 100$ and they wanted 170. What a joke

Always found what I needed at great prices. Good place to go for a quick quick OEM part out of out unwanted vehicle.

Went in stated I was looking for an alternator for my MDX - I asked and they gave me a list of vehicles with the "same" part. I went in and found a pretty new alternator on a 2012 TL that was the same in every way except (unknowingly) the pigtail connector... Trusting the list I was given I bought it and took it home to install.... I got to the connector and felt instant frustration that the list wasn't accurate... I do not live close so I had to drive back to cut the pigtail off the tl I pulled the alternator from.. To say the least that pigtail should have been free. The employees were completely incompetent at just following along with vocabulary let alone accepting some sort of accountability for their flawed list.. Nope. But hey whatever that's why they get paid what they get paid and if the owners are willing to do so then so be it I just won't go back. Careful with thieves. I'm lucky I spooked the idiots that were there. They feel you out by approaching you and seeing if you'll mind proximity. They attempt to distract you almost like a flank and triangulate you while someone you haven't spotted yet is ready to grab your tools. It feels to methodical for the junk yard to not be involved. I have a feeling they are completely aware at the very least, so I question how is that not just passive involvement.

Their Prices are on steroids and they charge for environmental fee which is ridiculous . I don’t recommend this junk yard , people in LKQ are much more friendly and prices are more reasonable.

Called Pick-n-Pull to purchase my junked car. I was offered good value. Total professionalism from input personal to logistics to tow driver. Arrived on stated time and date to tow. Easy to highly recommend based on my experience.

Don't waste your time. The employees are ignorant. The cars are picked over trash. And the yard is full of debris. There is a reason so many people give this place a one star review.
Dec 12, 2024 -
Don't bother showing up if you aren't there by 4pm. They advertise 5pm closing times but won't let anyone in the yard past 4:25 VERY inconvenient. Wasted my gas and time

All worker on this place are amazing. I'm waiting for more than 20 min on phone line for their inventory. But I'm surprised when coming to the place. No customers on the desk and they don't attend the line. Their are amazing!.

WATCH YOUR TOOLS There's a lot of random people wandering around without tool bags and not looking for parts walking close behind people actually working. My 1/2" ratchet and 2 extensions disappeared while pulling a hood today. Saw three different ones wandering around the car right after I walked off looking for more stuff to steal, all three had no tools and no parts just wandering to the car I was working on and looking around. Only take exactly what you need to pull your stuff and keep it under your feet. I wouldn't recommend a rollout here as you will be a target. A guy pulling a core support was getting hovered around and walked by a lot. You can tell someone looking for parts and someone trying to get close without you noticing. Junkyards if you want to stay in business start trying just a little. Having thieves wandering around me like roaches trying to steal my tools was not a good experience. This was on a tuesday. Also took almost 10 minutes to pay the 2 dollars to get in. Luckily I knew to fill out the waiver because the young lady looked me in the eye then said nothing. She then walked off to help other customers that fit a certain demographic I wasn't a part of. She didn't speak to me until she asked for the 2 dollars so I guess I should've known how it was going to go from there. A lot of the cars on the yard are picked clean and are ready for the crusher but they're still out there. I will say the cars are where they say they are if you ask for a location. While there was some stuff in the rows for the most part it was clean and even gravel and not junky. However prices are outrageous for parts. They are paying 120 dollars for a car and like 160 for a truck and selling a hood for 78 dollars. Front and back seats for 300 dollars. Door trim parts are 18.99. So basically LKQ prices and you get to get stand in the sun and get your own dirty greasy parts. If you're planning on going here do yourself a favor and look your part up on amazon or carparts and see if it's even worth going here to buy a 200k mile used part for 1 dollar less. I know you're supposed to stay oem but this is highway robbery. Most small modules and hoses are cheaper brand new online. Some stuff might be cheaper from the dealer. All of the wheelbarrows were in the parking lot since none of the yahoos pulling parts here walk them back or are told too. Go to circus if you want to see how a yard should operate. I also don't have to watch my tools there. A positive is they have a lot of dragonflies and grasshoppers to look at while you walk. And the guy who rang me up was nice and offered to mark my parts for warranty.

Terrible place, the cars are only the chassis. And the prices are totally ridiculous. I went to buy a door accessory and they charged me $45 when new it was worth $20. I bought it only because it took me a while to get it out and on top of that it rained that day. Things are stupidly expensive here, on top of that you waste gas getting to the place, time looking for and getting the part and here too they don't give you money back, they tell you they'll give you credit for another purchase. I don't recommend this place at all. Look for used parts on eBay and get a quote for new ones on the Internet. You'll see that it's much better than going to this junkyard and you won't waste gas or time.

I called yesterday to see what time they open for today and was told 8am. I got there at 740am and they got there a little after 11am, and then didn't open doors until 1130ish. I would like to thank the manager that did come open on his day off. I feel I should of got some kind of discount for the long wait time. And the girl told me I was lucky that they opened today, because if she didn't show up they couldn't open

I had a good experience. More than fair price for very niche, hard to find, parts I got in perfect condition. I think a lot of the people complaining in reviews on here have no clue what they're doing. They are very open about their opening hours (yard closes one hour early, very standard policy), their prices are standardized, and they have a warranty+ return policy. Anyone who complains probably has no idea what they're talking about. It's a junk yard at the end of the day, if you pull an engine and it doesn't work what did you expect?! A brand new engine from the JUNK YARD?? cry babies if you ask me

On the website, Apple Maps & Google maps it shows that they close at 6pm. I arrived at 5:19pm…. they refused me to enter because they close at 5:30pm. If they close at 5:30pm then why have the times different in everywhere else? On top of it they charge too much for the parts, I’m going somewhere else instead that doesn’t lie about their hours

My experience was good, but the prices are a little bit ridiculous, i went in for 2 scion tc mirrors and the total for the 2 pieces alone was 85 dollars including tax they go for 30 dollars each brand new on rock auto, used should not be more expensive then brand new. price would be my only concern though, i liked everything else.

Distasteful. Very shady business. I asked the lady how much for the parts, she gives me a super high number. Turns out, she added all kinds of extras to my total! Almost an additional $100 in add ons! I DO NOT CARE HOW HARD YOU TRY TO MEAN MUG ME! I will stand there and mug you back while you refund me ALL OF MY MONEY! lady searching all through my bag and was pissed she did not find anything. You have to ask permission before you put any extra money on the bill. Stop shopping here and let them feel the loss. There are many places to go to

Very helpful staff! They pick up their phones. Good selection. If you are unsure about the price of a part, ASK, before you waste your time pulling it. I went to 3 yards and watched people in line act surprised when they went to pay, leaving the part behind. I will return for more car parts in the future.

I've been here many times - decent prices, the cars are fairly well organized and their website is pretty good for letting you know if they have a car like yours.
