Don’t believe what the banners say in the front of the store. Even the employees don’t know about them. We have to ask them to come outside to show them and still they don’t know how to apply those discounts. I wanted to purchase a pair of wipers blades and the banner said free installation. When I asked the guy to help me install he clearly said he will only come if it’s not too cold or raining. When I wanted to get the wipers he just told me to go to the ile and get it when I came back he went back inside and was screaming at someone. I asked the other guy to get the discount mentioned on the banner he said he wasn’t able to. I left the shop and went to another store where I got the same thing cheaper with good customer service and installation. I don’t know if this is a franchise or personally owned but the employees here are doing a shitty job. Try to hire someone who is normal rather than aggravated or lazy people who don’t know what they are doing.
Service is horrible the staff is horrible vibe is the worst I just needed my battery checked and if I needed to replace and they refused the manager had me wait for 20 minutes until the other guy finish with his customer because she didn’t feel like to get up and do some work this was on Friday I knew my business wasn’t wanted there my husband took the car to carol stream they sold him a battery and installed for us …. This is how is done we were acknowledge and appreciated there thanks Tommy from the carol stream store
Place is good. Usually helpful. The older guys working there are usually professional.
Today i walked up to the counter both young guys standing at the registers stairing at the screens. JULIAN finally decided to check me out. Had his sunglasses on, he looked up at me and just staired. (At least i think he was looking at me) finally he said "how you doin" and made a gesture with his hands like he was annoyed. Not professional at all.
Hand down my favorite Oreilly’s in the state and I have been to soo many I can’t even count. Thank you Laurie and the rest of the staff here for always being so polite helpful and willing to find the answers even when you don’t know. Great job!

O'Reilly's customer service is very good, they greet you right away, ask if you need any help, and then follow through. Parts that I have bought there have been of good quality, and the prices are in line with other parts stores.
I needed wipers for the Wife's car ASAP. I went online, ordered and on her way to work she stopped in just as the store was opening... They not only installed them, they showed her a BOGO offer on a better set of blades at a lower price... Good customer service... Thanks.
I walked into this store on Sunday evening. There was an awesome young man behind the counter who's name was Paul. He asked if he could help me. I was looking for a break light for my car. He asked me the make and model, I told him he got out from behind the counter and went and got it for me. After I paid him I ask if could help me install it as I had no experience with this bulb replacement. He said sure and walked with me to the car. I popped the trunk and within a minute Paul had the old light out and the new one in place !!
Paul was so helpful and seemed really happy to lend a hand.
This by all accounts is service at it best !!

Great employees, Laura, Mike, and others. Sean is an outstanding manager. Been dealing with them for years and they always take care of us. They go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy. Highly recommend this store.
Came in on Sunday evening to both ladies nearly going at it. Got the worst customer service with the new looking lady, attitude was so rude and she didn’t even want to take my phone number down for my rewards. I’d recommend coming earlier in the day when everyone’s in a better mood.
Shawn and his team always go above and beyond for each customer. Duane, Laura and Jesse are more than qualified to help if Shawn is not around. By far, one of the best parts store in the area.
They tend to have most item in stock. My biggest issue is their quality specially on their house brand items. I had an issue with a 2 ton Jack with 1 year warranty. Used it once than second time it stop working. Took it back and they wouldn't replace it with a couple of days of the warranty expired. Very poor customer service in those matters.
Store like many others but I like customer service here. Parts not in stock are usually available within hours or same day. Prices are average but sometimes they have good sales. Recommend
Edit: As of mid 2018 a wave of new personnel at this particular location have made me dislike this store and left disappointed. Some of the new sales associates are clueless and on the top of it rude. I'd honestly would rather shop at Advance Auto parts on Rt19 just east of Barrington Rd. across from Menards.
Customer service has gone down the drain since Dwayne, Shaun, and Mike have left. It's all new staff, typical of retail, and now no reason to shop here anymore. Only reason I went here was due to amazing customer service. I just go to whatever is closest. So now I just use RockAuto, Napa or AutoZone. They're all the same tbh.
Got the parts I needed, they were correct and got out. Variety of car parts, accessories and other vehicle related things to choose from. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
If you want the right parts go to the oreilly on Schaumburg road. Especially if its after 5pm. It took 15 minutes for the kid to cross reference a part number. The part still wasn't right.
Went in with an issue with my fuses. Was told the person would be out to help in a couple minutes and the guy never came out. Ended up leaving without resolving my problem. Horrible service!
