I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for years and today I purchased my fifth vehicle from them. That alone says everything. Nash is hands down the best guy in the company — professional, honest, and always focused on getting the best deal possible. Great price, great communication, and no games. Every transaction has been smooth and straightforward. The service department also deserves recognition — always a very good experience, efficient and professional. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and top-level customer service.

very nice people, gave us an extremely generous price and was over and driving home with my new car in about 20 minutes! No trip to the DMV cause they got the whole car ready to go! Car was in great condition and the place was clean

Terrible service - don’t waste your time. The staff pretend to be experts, but they’re anything but. If you own a high-end car, avoid this place at all costs. The techs couldn’t even diagnose a simple suspension noise, and after their so-called “service” they gave my car back with oil stains on the seat and steering wheel. Completely unprofessional.

BUYER BEWARE!! I'm from St. Louis and had a horrible experience with this dealership. I do NOT recommend doing business with them! The sales person assured me the car was in near perfect condition when in fact he sold me a 'LEMON' and their manager would NOT honor the dealership warranty. According to my local Jaguar dealership, the 2015 Jaguar would not pass the Missouri 'safety inspection and emissions tests' without at least $14k in repairs (including a cracked wheel rim and incorrect parts installed). Jaguar technicians also found an additional $12k in highly recommended repairs. The manager at Auto Park Imports said to send the car back and they would fix the problems. I sent the car back, but the car was returned to me unfixed, plus it had 13 scratches on the rear left quarter panel that had not been there before I sent it back to them. They refused to take responsibility for any of it and my local Jaguar dealership said it wasn't worth repairing.

The car was advertised as everything working and in order, but when I test drove it I forgot to check the cruise. After purchasing I found that the tires needed balancing and the cruise needed to be reprogrammed, $900 at Audi. Called then back and asked if they could do it, they said sure…. Long story short, they fixed both things and said if I have any other problems I should give them a call, they did the work in a timely manner and took care of everything!!! Would buy from this dealer again, seems they are very honest and trustworthy. Thanks again Auto Park Imports and staff.

Save your money dont ever purchase a vehicle nor bring your vehicle here for repairs! I bought a vehicle from here and nothing but problems from them from the moment I brought the car home. If you have money to throw in the garbage this is the best place to waste money. I know the reviews on here are all fake because when I went in multiple people were fixing their broke down cars that they have purchased from here. Would never trust buying a car from here even if it was the last place on earth. It was my very first time financing a vehicle and I thought I could trust the salesmen who sold me the car and when I got home my car turned off and would not turn back on and I had to pay for a tow truck to bring it back they kept It to fix it for my 15 day warranty and when I got it back it did the same exact thing and ever since then I put thousands of dollars to fix it and still unfixable because they sold me a LEMON. Anyways I don't care if they know who I am or don't remember just making sure someone doesn't make the same mistake in trusting these people ever again. Maybe because I'm not there nationality they played me but God sees everything I wish u nothing good Auto Imports ✌️

Awesome service and great staff. When my car broke down I was very careful with looking for a shop to fix it, and I'm glad I took it here. It was fixed relatively fast and the quality of the repairs was immaculate. The staff was also very friendly, taking their time explaining to me what was wrong, why it was wrong, and how they're going to fix it.

Fantastic experience at this service shop! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my car was running perfectly. Their attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone needing car maintenance or repairs!

This review is for the service department. I have serviced three different older model cars...2 different bmw series and a Mercedes. From the time I drop the vehicle off to service performed everything was always professional and the work was outstanding. The service manager takes the time to explain what is going on with my car. They even document everyt ing and send it to you via text. I like this for my records for my cars. I am so happy I finally found an excellent service department for my family 's cars.

It has been the 3rd time I had my car serviced here. The first time I had my car serviced was excellent whoever the technician was that did the repairs has done a great job. All three times. And it is also a convenient location for me. I think I found my new favorite import repair shop to go to from now on.

Online only purchase, bought from out of state. Communication was excellent, until I purchased the car. Following transfer of funds, the car arrived without any notice (despite me reaching out several times to confirm delivery). I received a text from a strange number stating they had my car and would arrive shortly. Car arrived in good shape, although missing a plastic piece of the mirror (after I reached out, the dealership offered to reimburse me for this part). I took the car in for a look through since I wasn't local. A few servicing items were needed after only driving the vehicle 400 miles. Auto Park refused to reimburse me for the items, stating that the dealership "was trying to make money off of me". In retrospect, they told me I should have reviewed the Carfax for servicing details. Love the car, disappointed with the service. Given communication challenges, I would hesitate to recommend purchasing from this dealership out of state.

I'm Servicing my Mercedes Sprinter Van here. Just left the Auto Park today on Sept. 09/19 The vehicle fixed and drives again like New with plenty of power. I come to this shop every time I have a need and always drive dozens of thousand miles after repairs. Skilled sevice, reliable repairs. I would recommend this place .

Let me start by saying that my experience during the sales process was wonderful. Nash was very helpful and kind and was not pushy at all when I was deciding if I should purchase the vehicle. After the purchase was made is where things went downhill. I purchased a 2012 Volkswagon Routan and was assured that it was a "10 out of 10" and their website even boasted that it was certified. The day after I purchased the vehicle the engine light came on. I took it to my local O'Reilly to have the codes read and it turned out to be the catalytic converters. Luckily there is an 80k mile federal emissions warranty that covers the converters so I had to take it to my nearest Volkswagon dealership which was about 45 miles away. They covered the converters under the warranty which was great but then the vehicle was failing to start and required a TIPM (totally integrated power module) which cost me nearly $1,000 (almost 10% of the vehicle price which I haven't even owned for an entire month yet). I called Auto Park to see if there was any way they could reimburse me for this since the vehicle was supposedly certified and I had 2 major issues the day after I drove it off the lot. I spoke with the manager Andy and the best he could do for me was a free break service (labor only) and their dealership is 75 miles away from me so that really doesn't help me much. Very disappointed in this dealerships willingness to stand behind their vehicles, would not recommend making a purchase from them unless you have a pre-buy inspection done on the vehicle by someone you can trust.

I am very pleased with my new purchase thanks to the sales team. My agent Andrew was very knowledgeble, cool, and upfront. He helped me leave in a car of my choice at a very reasonable price. I have absolutely no complaints about this place and will continue to do business with Auto Park.

Great dealer!! Andrew was a great salesman! Never pushy, always available for questions. We were looking at 3 different mini vans and we had the taken them all for test drives alone. I would buy another car from them in a minute!! 5 star dealership! After purchasing the van we realized one small problem we called Andrew up and he totally took care of it. No questions asked!!
