I spoke with Danny for a part for my Range Rover Sport they did not have the part in stock. He was very helpful and referred me to someone who did have the part I needed. He was helpful and friendly.

If you need used parts to complete your ride, definitely check this place out. These gentlemen are a class act. Owner of the shop (I think his name is Jim), and his two awesome sons Devin and Luca put in the time and the effort to save my evening when I had some electrical problems with my car. Not only did they go above and beyond any and all expectations that I had, but they stayed half an hour after they closed to make sure I was in good shape. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE HERE!!! :) all of my tires were awful and needing a change. I really couldn't afford the $550 I was quoted for brand new ones. Both Danny and John were the NICEST, most helpful people ever, genuinely wanting to help me out. Their prices were EXTREMELY low and fair, and they were super honest and upfront with me about anything they communicated to me. I know I'm a bit of an awkward pain in the butt to deal with, but they were both so informative, patient, and made me feel very reassured and comfortable. They are very laid back, but also I was confident about trusting them! They even offered to help me with getting my windshield replaced in the near future! This year has been a financial strain on everyone, and my car decided to have a bunch of problems this year to show up, so having a nice, fair priced service was a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Even though car part replacements are not something anyone wants to deal with, I wish I could continue to give them my buisiness more regularly! I highly recommend them, and will recommend them to anyone, every chance I get!! Great people here, they welcome you like family or an old friend. Check them out :)

The guys at O'hare are amazing! I stopped in for tail light replacement, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They have very reasonable prices and are friendly and approachable. All around, awesome service and experience. Will only be using them going forward! I Highly recommend!!

They are wonderful to do business with. So knowledgeable and helpful. We needed parts for my brothers Prius, they were picking up one that day. Once they picked it up, the owner called back and told us they picked up the vehicle and the parts we needed were in great shape. We went in to get them. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like old friends. We will definitely be back.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The shop had a clean bathroom. They dont accept credit or debit cards, luckily there is a Chase not too far away. A real gem for cheap used tires.

I've been searching for a drivers seat for my nissan murano for months now and I happened up on o'hare auto , not only did they have my seat in excellent condition but they also installed it for me on the spot they were very professional and I couldn't beat the price thanks so much guys.

This place is new and terrible. Stay clear. Went there to pick up a rack and pinion for my truck an 06' Trailblazer. The guy running the place told me come by they have several Blazerz. Got there and picked up the part and dropped it off at my mechanic. My mechanic calls me the next morning and tells me I have the wrong part. The mechanic tells me that the part Ohare gave me is from an 02' Envoy is not compatible but I still have to pay the $240.00 for installation. When I go back to Ohare to get the right part all the guy says is sorry. Sorry, but sorry doesn't cut it after you cost me $240.00 due to your carelessmess. Stay away from this place or you will get burned. You've been warned. Stick with Super Auto on Williard Avenue in Elgin, a professional salvage yard. Not like Ohare who are a bunch of hacks. The rating would have been 0 stars not that's not an option.

I dont recoment to go to this place number 1 reason very hard to return or resolve if you have isue the parts you bought it , second reason if they know you really need the part they go up the price and third they are not friendly so think twice even before to call them,
