I've been coming to this location for my past 3 sets of tire purchases, every tire rotations, wheel alignments,and suggested repair recommendations. From my experience, the team here is top notch, highly recommended. Thank you Mando & team for your efforts and customer service.
Excellent customer service! I stopped by because my tire pressure was low, and they helped me immediately. They checked and inflated my tire for free and were extremely polite and helpful. It’s rare to see such genuine kindness. Highly recommend this place!
Where to start. The website is easy and straight forward. I was able to easily set up an appointment. Each time I've been there the service has been fast, the team members personable and professional, and the waiting area is quite comfortable. Shout out to Migel who got me wrapped up with me this time.
Had oil change done which took longer than expected because they had to get oil filter from dealer. Then they did not communicate with me before attempting to get approval for new tires which I would have IMMEDIATELY declined because I don't like Firestone tires. Thankfully was canceled/denied. In addition I have run flat tires which they didn't even knowi had. If I hadn't said anything this would have been a much bigger mess with regular tires and no spare do to the incompetence of the manger. If they only had communicated to me before attempting approval. They were attempting to FORCE me to stay there for tires due to "safety " concerns which were a complete lie!! Yes there warn but not a safety concern yet. Probably won't be going back there AGAIN!! fyi.... Mike the assistant manager was Great been dealing with him for years but new manager has horrible communication skills.
Alert warning alert I came in to this store fora quick new tire install. But they broke my car trunk tire jack hatch handle. And they did not take responsibility for it. Of course I was not there in the shop when it happed and I did not noticed until 3 days later so of course I don’t have a way to prove it and when I went back to tell them about it they “ told me, we wrote it on the receipt that the handle was broken, and that I refused an inspection of the interior of my car.” So in other words I’m screwed and they got away with it! Please people if you do decide to go to this place for service MAKE SURE YOU CHECK INSPECT THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PAY. I won’t be coming back ever! To this place!

I love this place! I work right behind them and I dropped my car off all the time for oil changes not only are they respectful, kind hard-working but I know that when I leave that my car is taken care of! Thanks guys!
Remigio Was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I went in for one thing and he informed me of another issue that was going to happen if unattended to. Very appreciative for this as it could have been more costly if neglected. I will absolutely be returning again in the future. And recommend to ask for him for your services.
We've been going the Wise Rd Firestone since we moved here in 2011 - they are honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced and the information they provide is very helpful.

Always great service at Firestone on Wise and Roselle Rds in Schaumburg! I have been taking all my vehicles there for routine maintenence and when I need additonal work done! Friendly staff, they keep you in the loop about progress and they get the job done!
Took my vans in for alignments and tires and Mundo was outstanding upfront and Khoanh along with Scott did a great job keeping my vehicles taken care of! Will come back.

I want to thank Mando and his team for their excellent customer service and quality work. I blew a tire on the freeway and had my car towed in after hours. The drop-off process was quick and easy. They brought the vehicle in, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired before the promised time—on a holiday weekend! Truly above and beyond service.

Ken gave me a great experience that I have not had in a long time at any Firestone location! She gave me clear information on the status of my vehicle and made me feel comfortable with the choices I made to secure the safety of my vehicle on the road, and getting the most important things fixed right away! She was kind, calm, listened well and allowed me to listen and trust that my vehicle was in good hands! In person was the same experience when I arrived to pick up my car! All my questions were answered smoothly and she spoke very positively to me without any harsh tone. I think I found my new “go to” Firestone!

I've gone to them in both emergency situations and for regular maintenance and tires for a few different cars, and the experience has always been top notch. Their work has been excellent and the pricing is also fair. I highly recommend them!
