Does anybody in this world want to work anymore? I called this store for assistance with a purchase and was put on hold right away. I waited on hold for 5 minutes before heading to the store myself. I walk into the store and three employees including the assistant manager are standing around talking. Ignoring phone calls. This is unacceptable behavior at a professional business. I will never be providing my business to this store again.
Have been using napa forever,but this time used cash,do not use cash,no stores have cash and give you the hardest time for a refund,almost like they don't want to refund your part,went to 4 stores no cash,one worker in palatine told me it could be months before a cash refund,I don't think this is right for such a big car part place,and on top of it they are not nice to you about it
The guy said to me don't you have a credit card?? Don't you have a bank account?? You believe anyone would even ask you that??very rude

Couple mins from the house and have been going here since they opened. Always have what I need and prices are nice. Always helpful and friendly employees.
Placed an order online for something I needed urgently within 30 minutes, like they advertise. Hour and 1/2 later I called to find out what's going on. Was told they ordered it from another store and it would be in tomorrow! Asked why they didn't call me to tell me there was a problem. Said she was too busy (but not busy enough to order from another store?). And talked down to me the whole time by repeating "like I said" as if I'm the idiot for believing the 30 minute expectations Napa sets.
I've been in auto industry for a long time. Deal with many parts stores and manufacturers. I've ordered parts online and wanna pick up at this place. The online shown they had them in stock but when I was ready to pick up, they told me they didn't have them and gave me attitude about I have to go back. I asked, why didn't you call me and let me know and they just stared at me. Then they told me the payment didn't go through and I showed them my credit card was processed and the receipt from their transaction but the manager didn't care and told me to go back tomorrow. The fact is that they didn't call and notify me about what's going while I've waited whole day for the parts and have an attitude forward their customer. This may be my last time doing business with them. There are plenty of other places if they don't want my business.
Ordered a part called to see if part was in waited on the phone for 10 minutes went in to pick up part waited in the store for another 10 minutes while employees stood in the back talking football and one other gentleman was working the desk. I'm way too busy to wait around when employees should be doing their job!
I want to recognize Brandon for going above and beyond to help me with resolving my vehicle issue, he was kind and professional and definitely took pride in his work.
Way to go Brandon, you ROCK!!!!

NAPA Auto Parts will meet all your needs for your vehicles if they don't have it in their store they will call their other stores and find what you need and have it delivered how can you repeat that
