Filled the truck I purchased with their yard trash and now the manager Bryan says he does not care and it's my problem. I'm stuck with dumping all their trash from random wrecks.
IAA this auto auction is big scammer they make you sign in and pay 200 dollars for registration after they take your money they try to force you buy car that you did not purchased. i was logged in 2 days after i register with this auction they send me a message saying that i have pas due balance of 17,000 dollars for cars i have not purchased i talked to customer service they said oh you have to pay this amount or you will be charged 4000 fee with out buying anything or we close your account. i Felt they stole my money for no reason they forcing people to buy junk cars from them, i will definitely post their web site everywhere saying that they are big scammer guys be carful with them
They have weirdest rules regarding payment, for those who come once in a while and are agents of the buyer, add 20$ extra to purchase price for paying at this location for processing fee, if its a personal check you have to add buyer number at remitters name(memo doesn't work), otherwise if the check doesn't have the buyers name as a remitter you need a bunch of money orders.
Were here with my wife last week and got impressed by all the used cars and especially prices. We had fun and great time there. We often attend repokar public auto auction and it made an impression on us. We would recommend for sure to all our friends to visit this website, because it's a pleasure to make a car purchase from them.
Crazy charging to pay in person drove over 1hr to find out they charge extra to pay in person and it's only by a money order no cash or credit card so you must find a local bank or check cash to purchase a money order (more time and money) how can you charge for taking money you already charge a huge amount of fees for transactions and other things then it's not disclosed you find out on the front door when you arrive (buyers be aware)
Посетили сегодня первый раз этот офис. Девушка объяснила, что нужно сделать. Где именно,что должно быть прописано и вписано правильно, чтобы мы не делали лишних движений. Съездили в банк провели оплату с учётом комиссии $20. Вернулись с чеком, муж предоставил своё ID для удостоверения личности. Нам выдали две бумаги на которых было всё прописано понятно и доступно. Ушло на это 3 минуты.
