I needed assistance quickly early on a Saturday morning for a flat tire. I called several numbers, some were out of service, or closed for the weekend. Rapid Response answered the phone, and came almost immediately to put the spare tire on. I was able to make my 10:15 apt on time. Rapid Response will definitely be my first call the next time I need assistance!
Great service !!! I called same day.I spoke to Bob who is very helpful in getting the information on the phone.He is very patient and finding out the solution since my place is harder to remove my car due to small area.I highly recommend this company to my family and everyone.
I was stranded in the middle of the road on a bridge and had no idea what was wrong with my car — he came within 15 minutes of calling, towed me back and told me to pop the hood and found out my serpentine belt snapped. He was super nice the entire ride there and went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.
I called for a tow in a panic and they were so nice and quick to answer. I was so shocked at how fast Bobby (our tow guy) got to me! I don’t think I waited even 15 minutes. I’m so happy I called this place. It made a crappy part of my day way easier to deal with. Plus Bobby was super nice and helpful throughout the whole experience. I’ll definitely be calling again if needed.
They’re horrible.
They took my car after I was involved in a car accident, kept it in their lot for 23 whole days and insurance had the appraiser out on the 4th day, but they still refused to release the vehicle after request from the insurance company. They then said we will release the vehicle after insurance pays, the towing company then from what insurance told me was that they kept sending blank invoices. I then told the tow yard to send me the invoice and I sent that to the insurance company and behold they got it on my first try. I then come to find out and mind you this is after 20 days, that they billed the insurance for $4000 when they could’ve released the car the first week. Because of that I was and am behind on my rent, bills and tuition. Mind you that when they gave the car back they forgot to give me the keys so I couldn’t even tow the car away after getting it out. Oh and last but not least their communication is terrible they don’t answer calls, leave you on read and give an attitude when you follow up with them because they kept your car long beyond what was necessary. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Definitely recommend! Fixed my mom’s car battery. Super knowledgeable and polite. Came back twice to ensure everything was ok after battery was installed.
I'm a student at Triton college and last night I was trying to leave to go home, my car did not start. I called Rapid Response Towing a local roadside assistance company to help, the first one that came up on google/nearest. They were there in 20 minutes and was able to tow my car to the dealer. I would highly recommend them, also the driver Bob was very knowledgeable as he is a mechanic as well. Thanks!
Would highly recommend! Had a blown out tire this evening and got a quick response and pick-up for the tow. Bobby even made sure I everything set up for my new tires and dropped me off at a place for a rental car. 10/10!
While visiting family over the holidays in Chicago we went to do some last minute gift shopping at the Rosemont shopping center. Afterwards our vehicle would not start. One of the people I was with Recommended calling rapid response towing to get The car towed. They showed up in about 25 minutes and was able to get the car started and us on our way I would highly recommend these folks.
