Had locked my self out of my car , I called Northwest towing and Justin in a matter of minutes. I get a call back from the tow truck driver. He gave me an ETA was very fast and efficient. And to add to all of that, this man is a true definition of a genuine human being and treats humans how humans should be treated. Had my 2007 Lincoln Mark LT towed around midnight, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The driver showed up fast, was super charismatic and professional the whole time—definitely not your typical grumpy late-night tow guy. He went above and beyond by not only getting my truck safely to the tire shop but also giving my girlfriend and me a ride back home afterward. That kind of service isn’t something you see every day. Highly recommend—solid people, solid service!

This is such a great Towing company! The employee that showed up to tow my car, Ishmael, not only towed my car to my house, but he also showed me the problem that caused my vehicle to malfunction; a problem with the battery that wouldn’t allow the car to start. Really great guy that went out of his way to help me get my car running again!

Excellent towing company to work with. They answered the phone quickly, sent the driver in a reasonable amount of time that matched the estimated time given, and charged a fair price for the tow. Obviously, it’s never great needing a tow truck but their professional response made the situation easier.

My car broke down twenty minutes away from my hotel for a trip into Chicago and I couldn't recommend this company enough. Kind and helpful on the phone after dealing with several less than pleasant competitors. He recommended someone who specialized in my car who was able to do the repairs at a fraction of the cost of previous quotes. Picked up the car asap and drove me to an ideal spot for an Uber to my hotel. A really great company!
We had a great experience with Chicago Northwest Towing. They were understanding of the situation, very friendly and helpful, quick to respond to downtown, and even suggested and reached out to a mechanic to repair the car. Very responsive to calls and texts as we had questions. If I need to, I would call them again.
My wife got a flat tire at work. It was rush hour. I thought it would take 2 hours for a tow truck driver. I called these guys and the guy on the phone was very nice and said he could get somebody there in about 20 minutes. Sure enough, a guy actually showed up in 20 minutes. 2nd part of the story is... Alex, the driver, was super nice and accommodating. My wife didn't have her phone with her. He waited until an Uber driver showed up (about 15 minutes later) and made sure she was taken care of and safe in the right car and license plate. We offered to buy him food at Culver's while they waited but he said no thank you and just did it as an all around stand up guy. I totally appreciate that. Left a great impression on me. I have saved them to my phone.
Everyone I dealt with was caring and professional- from the drivers to the people who answered the phones. It made the stressful situation of being involved in a car wreck much easier. I hope I never have to use a towing service again but if I do, I'm calling these pros.
Driver was super chill and incredibly knowledgeable, glad to support a family owned & operated business. Shout out to these guys they set me up with some wings too. The hospitality was unmatched! Getting into a car accident may certainly have been a low point today but my time with these gentleman was certainly a highlight! They even dropped me off at the train station so I could catch a ride home.
My pops called me at 4:30 with a blowout, and needing a tow. After looking for reputable companies I came across Chicago northwest towing. A simple phone call and 15 minutes later, they went out of their way to drive my dad to work and then take care of the vehicle.Without a doubt an A1 company with great customer service. Will be using them for future tows!

Towing companies I've dealt with in the past have been extremely hard to get a hold of and pretty rude, that is the exact opposite experience I've had with this company. Franklin is a great person, super understanding and helpful. Hopefully ill never have another totaled car but if I do or need any other sort of towing, Ill definitely be calling them first. 5 Stars and will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks. The toe truck driver who assisted me was fast, friendly and professional. The front tires of my suv were stuck in a hole in a parking lot and I was stuck with my dog in there with me and it was awful. The driver had my truck out in minutes. I have needed a car toed about 7 times in my life and this was by far the best experience. Thank you guys so much.
Northwest towing is by far the most responsive towing company I've used. Their customer service is second to none. August 20, I was in an accident in the Brickyard parking lot and two guys from this company were in the area. They tried their best to help the person at fault but she was a bit stubborn at first. After the cops arrived and we filled our report, the tow truck guy helped me change my tire. I'll definitely be calling this company to help me out in the near future. Very competent, informative, professional, and understanding.
