Mike is a fantastic driver. He was kind and positive during the entire experience of getting my international box truck towed from WI to IL. The process was quick and easy, for first time using them is even better than my own expectations. He even texted me to let me know when it was dropped off. Excellent service all around.

Good guys! Driver arrived fast to pick my truck up in Indiana. It's 150 miles. He did everything fast and professionally. Equipment and towing truck are new. Payment is as we had agreed by phone. I recommend them to everyone.
My truck broke down on the highway due to a bad coolant level sensor, $25 part requires a tow, go figure. Anyways we call big Mike's for the tow to the shop and the office staff was professional and polite. The tow driver showed up less than 45 mins later. He was nice and very efficient at his job. From start to finish was as pleasant an experience one can ask for when your day is ruined being broke down. 100% would recommend using big Mike's to anyone.
I do not care how far out i have to go out to find a wrecker service. I will NEVER use the guys again. They charged me 3 hours for a rotator they NEVER had on the scene. The total was 2400.00 on the bill. When they were questioned about it, I was told they can charge us a 1,000.00 an hour legally if they wanted to. To anyone reading this do not waste your time they will rip you off.
I didn't allow you to post pictures of my truck with my company name on your website. Unprofessional again. You quoted me for a price and changed me double. See other reviews with the same concerns. People,read reviews before you make the call.
These guys is really professional. Very nice company. They provide full service: road assistance, towing and mechanic shop. High Quality and no expensive. I like it!!! Thank you for your job!!!
Of course my name not in your system you never showed up!! Your reply explains your service!! Very unprofessional! Said ETA would be 60 - 90 minutes and never showed up. When I called after 90 minutes said give me 60 minutes. Would never use again!!!
