Quotes a price that they have no intention on paying. Took car to muffler shop exhaust is factory with nothing missing. Not only that but first excuse was it was a non factory cat then I was missing one. So did one disappear in front of us. Not only that but guy said he only had 400 so he didn't even bring what was quoted. Even though before I had enofe he offered 450.

If I can give 0 stars I would I was guaranteed a certain amount when I was quoted, told owner I wasn’t going to be home until 630-7pm driver is calling me at 430 saying he’s on his way! Like I told the owner I wasn’t going to be home until a certain time and he agreed with me I had to rush home. Then when driver comes he breaks pieces off of my car please find someone else to do business with. My hood wasn’t broken until he touched it the lever to open the hood wasn’t broken he pulled the wire 6 inches and then says it’s not his fault. I will be reporting to BBB to the state and the tow licensing departments.
This guy delivered my tires to my home on the rims. We had a misunderstanding.This guy is totally cool. I can call him my friend. If you disagree, he will.work with you to make it right.He has to make a living too. Keep that in mind. For parts and service, or you just want to get rid of an old car, he is the guy to call. 300 dollars for my 03 Windstar plus my like new tires that I can use or sell on eBay. Totally one hell of a fair deal. I am a US Navy Vet.
Do not give this company your business. I had arranged a day prior for them to pick up my car at 9am from the shop. At 9:30 when nobody had shown up, I called to ask if they were still coming and the guy said that he'd call me back in a few minutes. Nobody ever showed up or ever called me back. I'd give them 0 stars if possible since they did nothing but waste my time. Horrible service.
Do NOT sell your car to these people. Just like anywhere else, they agree to one price then offer you something different. I have a whole conversation of evidence showing that they agreed to pay me a set amount. The driver got to me, then completely low balled me! When I called to speak with whom I made the agreement with, he wasn't in, so someone would look over the texts and call me back. I received no phone call and then they wouldn't answer my calls. No apologies for a "miscommunication" or wasting my time.
Called at 4pm to get a 98' Pontiac taken off my hands. Was told they'd give me $400 and that somebody would be by within the hour. Quarter after 5 rolls around and there's no sign of the guy, so I give the place a call. I'm now told that he can't be there until about 6:45. Okay. Fine. I need this done and they offered more than anybody else. So, the guy shows up this time and starts inspecting the car and mumbling about the quality. I know it's not in great shape. That's why I'm selling it. He tries to tell me he can't make much off it so he can MAYBE do $150. I told him no deal. I've been waiting for hours and I was quoted at more than twice that. He says he can do $200 and I tell him no on principle for the above reasons. He drives off and I call the company again. They pretty much give me the same spiel as the driver. The issue is that I only agreed to wait around all evening under the pretense that I was getting a lot more for the car. I could have gotten $200 for it anywhere. They acted like I was being ridiculous about being offered less than half of what I initially agreed to. Nobody said anything about the quality when I was told I'd be given $400 for the car. They only asked about if I had the title. I wouldn't recommend this place. There's countless companies in the area that do the same thing and they'll offer you just as much if not more, be straightforward about the money, an take a lot less than 3 hours to take your car. Was pretty absurd.

Had a hard time finding someone that could come get my car. The dealership took out the engine and didn't bother putting it back together and nobody was interested in a car without it.
